摘要： The invention is directed to a method of operating a gas burner (2, 3) of a gas cooking appliance (1). The gas burner (2, 3) comprises a safety valve (7) for closing and opening gas supply to the gas burner (2, 3) and a step valve (8) for setting a gas flow rate to the gas burner (2, 3). Shut-off of the gas burner (2, 3) comprises closing the safety valve (7) while leaving the step valve (8) open at least for a predetermined period of time from complete closure of the safety valve (7).

The oven includes a cavity with an open front side and a front frame enclosing at least partially a front portion of the cavity. The cavity and the front frame include metal sheet. The gap encloses at least partially the front portion of the cavity and the front frame encloses the gap. The oven includes a door covering the open front side and the gap in a closed state of the door. The gap is at least partially filled by a gasket at least part of which includes one or more materials having low heat conductivity, so that the front frame is thermally decoupled from the cavity by the part of the gasket or the gap.

摘要： A method for controlling a cooking hob with one or more induction coils covered by a cookware and forming a cooking zone. All induction coils of the cooking zone are alternately activated. The method includes setting an average power to be transferred to the cookware by a user, determining a frequency, estimating a maximum average power if all induction coils of the cooking zone would be activated with said frequency, estimating a percentage power defined as quotient between the set average power and the estimated maximum average power, estimating a calculated number of coils defined as product of the number of coils within the cooking zone and the percentage power, defining a minimum number of simultaneously activated coils within the cooking zone by an integer value of the calculated number, and defining a temporal activation of a further one of the coils by a fractional part of the calculated number.

摘要： An induction heating generator includes a rectifier circuit (10). Four capacitors (C1, C2, C3, C4) form a bridge circuit between two output terminals of the rectifier circuit (10). The bridge circuit includes a first capacitor series (C1, C2) and a second capacitor series (C3, C4). An induction coil (L) is interconnected in the center of the bridge circuit. At least two semiconductor switches (S1, S2) are connected in each case parallel to one of the capacitors (C1, C2) of the first capacitor series (C1, C2). The induction heating generator includes a control circuit block (14, 16, 18, 20, 22) for controlling the control electrodes of the semiconductor switches (S1, S2). 摘要： The present invention relates to a steam system for a steam cooking appliance. The steam system includes a steam generator and a precipitator. The precipitator is arranged above the steam generator. The steam generator comprises two vertical heating pipe sections. Upper ends of the heating pipe sections are connected to a bottom side of the precipitator. Lower ends of the heating pipe sections are connected by a transverse pipe section. At least the heating pipe sections are at least partially enclosed by one of more heating elements. An inlet pipe is connected to the transverse pipe section at one end and connected or connectable to a water reservoir or water pump at another end. A return pipe is interconnected between the bottom side of the precipitator and the transverse pipe section. Further, the present invention relates to a corresponding steam cooking appliance.
