    摘要: A dual-voltage door operator control system comprises a contactor, a high-voltage connector, a low-voltage connector, a rectifier and a brake. When a door operator motor is electrically coupled to the low-voltage connector, the rectifier full-wave rectifies an external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. When the door operator motor is electrically coupled to the high-voltage connector, the rectifier half-wave rectifies the external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. Accordingly, the door operator motor can be connected to the high-voltage connector or the low-voltage connector according to the specification of the external power source provided at the site. Moreover, the invention is also further integrated with the brake of a single specification, and no matter whether the external power source is a high-voltage power source or a low-voltage power source, it can electrically energize the brake through the rectifier.

    摘要: A door curtain anti-dropping device for a rolling door is provided. The device comprises a worm shaft connected to the output shaft of the door operator, and a drive shaft comprising a limiting disc with through holes. The worm wheel having receiving slots is fixed on the drive shaft to mesh with the worm. The driven wheel is disposed adjacent to the limiting disc. Baffle plates designed to cover the through holes and receiving slots extend from the driven wheel. Plural latching pins stored with spring potential energy are compressed by the baffle plates and retained in the through holes and receiving slots. When the worm wheel is excessively worn and dislocated from the driven wheel, the baffle plates are moved to allow the latching pins to spring out and insert into the notches of the front cover, thereby lock the worm wheel and prevent the winding shaft from rotating.

    摘要: A door operator with high-speed operation and fire escape functions comprises a motor, a high-speed centrifugal brake module, a centrifugal reduction module, a central shaft locking module and a first and second clutch module. In the stationary state, the high-speed centrifugal brake module, centrifugal reduction module and central shaft locking module are connected to each other, and the drive shaft of the motor is locked by the central shaft locking module. In the normal operation, the first clutch module disengages the high-speed centrifugal brake module from the centrifugal reduction module, and the drive shaft is rotatable at high speed. In the event of fire escape, the second clutch module disengages centrifugal reduction module from central shaft locking module, and the drive shaft rotates at a lower speed. The device will provide high-speed rotation under normal operation, and automatically close the door panel at a gradually lowered speed in the event of fire escape.

    摘要: A device and method for controlling the speed of a rolling door is disclosed. The door panel is controlled to accelerate or decelerate by means of the real-time rolling speed of the door panel, such that speed control is applicable to door panels of different specifications. When the real-time rolling speed of a door panel reaches a predetermined acceleration value, a control module actuates the driving module to speed up opening or closing of the door panel. When the real-time rolling speed of the door panel reaches a predetermined deceleration value, the control module controls the driving module to speed down opening or closing of the door panel; when the real-time rolling speed of the door panel is in between the acceleration value and the deceleration value, the control module actuates the driving module to maintain the opening or closing speed of the rolling door at current value.

    摘要: A stationary base plate, a chain drum locking mechanism and a reducer mechanism are provided for a manual rolling door operator, in which the reducer mechanism has an output shaft and the chain drum locking mechanism has a chain drum, a wedge wheel, a drive shaft, a plurality of moving rollers, and fixed rods. If the chain drum is rotated in any direction by a force pulling a chain run around the chain drum, the fixed rods push against the moving rollers to release a wedging action from the wedge wheel which simultaneously renders the drive shaft to be rotated. However, if the force stop to pull the chain, the wedge wheel locks the moving roller by the wedging action due to the weight of a curtain of slats so as to stop the rotation of the drive shaft.

    摘要: A composite pull-chain disc mechanism with brake function for a door operator comprises a torsional spring having de-twisting and twisting sides. The weight of a door curtain always acts on the de-twisting sides, so that the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to shrink to brake the rotation of the central shaft of the door operator. If twisting sides bears an external force, the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to enlarge to release braking of the central shaft. Furthermore, the composite pull-chain disc mechanism can be adapted to an electric door operator. In the case of detaching an electric motor mechanism during maintenance, the door operator can still be operated to open/close a door in a manual mode through the composite pull-chain disc mechanism.
