摘要： A hand holdable peeler for fruit and vegetables comprises a housing that has an electric motor mounted in the housing to rotate a peeler attachment. The peeler attachment has a central body and a number of planar plastic blades. Each blade has serrations along its leading surface to cut into the peel or outer surface of the fruit or vegetables. The trailing edges of the serrations and a planar trailing edge of the blade clear and scrape the outer surface.
