摘要： Systems, apparatus, methods and articles of manufacture provide for facilitating settlement of insurance claims. According to some embodiments, methods include facilitating settlement with respect to benefits owed by a carrier to a claimant (e.g., based on an injured worker's claim for benefits under a workers' compensation policy) and with respect to a subrogation interest of the carrier in any recovery by the claimant from a third party (e.g., accused of causing the injury).
