Abstract: A generator includes: a built-in voltage controller disposed inside the housing of the motor and connected to the stator; a loop changeover switch, wherein one side of the three groups of loop polar phase contact points is connected to the current output unit through three phase lines, and the other side is connected to the current output unit through three loop lines; a three-phase short-circuit changeover switch is in a spaced arrangement with the loop changeover switch and includes three groups of short-circuit polar phase contact points, one side of which is connected to each other through short-circuit wire, and the other side is connected to each phase line; three converted-voltage output lines, wherein one end electrically connected to the loop polar phase contact points of the loop changeover switch is connected to one side of the loop lines; the other end is used to connect to a power device.

Abstract: A type of electricity and air supplying equipment, which includes: a clutch mechanism, a belt assembly, a motor having a transmission shaft, a generator unit having a generating wheel, and an air compressor having an air compressing wheel. The clutch mechanism has first and second clutch shafts that can be engaged or disengaged. The belt assembly includes a first belt connected between the transmission shaft and the generating wheel, a second belt connected between the generating wheel and the first clutch shaft, and a third belt connected between the second clutch shaft and the air compressing wheel. The motor drives the generator unit to run and generate electricity, and meanwhile, the generator unit drives the air compressor through the clutch mechanism. Thus, the equipment can use single power for electricity generation and high-pressure air production, while providing heat insulation and easy assembly.

Abstract: A kinetic energy conversion device of a punching machine includes a punching table, a power unit, an air compressor, a clutch, a gas storage tank, a pressure detector and a generator. The power unit, the air compressor, the clutch, the gas storage tank, the pressure detector, and the generator are all disposed on the punching table. The power unit drives the clutch, air compressor, and generator to generate electrical power and high pressure gas. Therefore, the air compressor can operate without using additional energy. Compared with conventional punching equipment and the air compressor externally disposed and connected to the punching equipment, a large amount of electricity cost can be saved, achieving a power saving effect.
