    摘要: A method for measuring a corner travel index for a vehicle. The method includes elevating a first tire on the vehicle and a second tire on the vehicle from a horizontal plane defining a ground level, where the first tire is opposite the second tire. The method further includes ceasing to raise the first tire and the second tire at the highest point at which any non-elevated tires remain on the ground level and measuring the vertical clearance between the ground level and the lowest point of the first tire. The method additionally includes measuring the vertical clearance between the ground level and the lowest point of the second tire and calculating a corner travel index.

    摘要: In one embodiment, a method for protecting a child who may become lost is disclosed, comprising the steps of (a) providing an encoded identification device, comprising: a substrate having a surface, and visual coded information disposed upon said surface, wherein said visual coded information encodes a communication address and a unique serial number; (b) entering said unique serial number into a database; (c) entering contact information of said child's parent into said database, said contact information being linked to said unique serial number in said database; (d) decoding said visual coded information to obtain said communication address and said unique serial number; (e) contacting said communication address and transmitting said unique serial number to said communication address; (f) locating said unique serial number within said database; (g) locating said parent contact information in said database that is linked to said unique serial number; and (h) contacting said parent using said parent contact information.

    摘要: A hands-free device for use in filling tanks for storing liquids, particularly water tanks on recreational or commercial vehicles having either threaded or flange style collars. The device's spring clamp can be operatively moved between the open and closed positions to secure the clamp to the collar of the storage tank during use. The filler hose is then snapped into position within the body of the device which prevents inadvertent displacement.
