    摘要: A disinfection station for disinfection of a storage container in an automated storage and retrieval system includes a frame and a disinfection system. The frame includes a support, by which the storage container is supported in a disinfection position during disinfection, and an opening through which the storage container is transported between a storage position in the automated storage and retrieval system and the disinfection position. The disinfection system is for disinfecting the storage container in the disinfection position. The disinfection system includes a disinfection fluid applicator, a disinfection fluid container, and a pump controlled to pump the disinfection fluid from the container to the applicator. The opening is a top opening. The storage container is lowered through the top opening to the support before disinfection. The disinfection station includes a splash cover for protecting the surroundings from disinfection fluid. The disinfection station includes a collector for collecting excessive disinfection fluid.

    摘要: An automated storage and retrieval system that includes a rail system that includes a first set of parallel tracks, arranged in a horizontal plane and extending in a first direction, and a second set of parallel tracks, arranged in the horizontal plane and extending in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction; a plurality of storage columns located beneath the rail system, each storage column is located vertically below a grid opening, wherein stacks of storage containers can be arranged in the storage columns; and a trolley for transporting the storage containers between the storage columns and at least one deployment area. The first and second sets of tracks form a grid pattern in the horizontal plane including a plurality of adjacent grid cells, each grid cell including a grid opening defined by a pair of neighboring tracks of the first set of tracks and a pair of neighboring tracks of the second set of track. The trolley is movable in a horizontal plane above or below the rail system. The deployment area provides direct access to an area outside the grid pattern formed by the first and second sets of tracks. The trolley provides a container volume for storing at least one of the storage containers. The trolley includes moving devices allowing movement of the trolley in at least one of the first direction and the second direction.

The remotely operated vehicle includes rollers configured to operate the remotely operated vehicle on the base. The elevating system is a vertical elevating system configured to lift and lower the container support vertically between the transfer position and the storage position such that, when the remotely operated vehicle is in the delivery position at the storage station and the container support is in the transfer position, the storage container may be transferred between the remotely operated vehicle and the container support of the storage station. The elevating system is powered by mechanical power transmitted from the rollers of the remotely operated vehicle.

The container lift includes a lifting assembly suspended from a spoolable lifting elements and arranged to be raised/lowered in order to raise/lower an accompanying storage container within the storage grid. The lifting assembly includes a lifting frame part for releasable attachment to a storage container and a guide shuttle arranged to guide the lifting frame part and any accompanying storage container as the lifting frame part is raised and lowered within the storage grid. The guide shuttle is arranged above the lifting frame part and includes guide elements arranged to stabilise and maintain horizontal alignment of the lifting frame part and any accompanying storage container. The framework features internal guide surfaces arranged to stabilise and maintain the horizontal alignment of the lifting frame part, when the guide shuttle is at a level above the top rail grid.
