Abstract: In a method for recording a sequence of images by means of a digital motion picture camera, an image sensor generates electrical signals in dependence of the exposure. At least two exposure changing devices are provided, which are configured to influence the exposure of the image sensor by a setting of a respective operation parameter. One of the exposure changing devices is provided as a variation device or can be selected as such, and a further exposure changing device is provided as a compensation device or can be selected as such. During a recording of a sequence of images, the following steps are performed: influencing the exposure of the image sensor by changing the setting value of the operation parameter of the variation device; receiving the changed setting value; determining a respective adjustment value of the operation parameter of the compensation device and outputting the respective adjustment value to the compensation device, wherein an influence on the exposure of the image sensor caused by a change in the setting value is at least substantially compensated by a change in the respective adjustment value; and operating the at least one compensation device in accordance with the outputted respective adjustment value.

Abstract: An image sensor for electronic cameras has a plurality of pixels for generating exposure-dependent signals, wherein a respective pixel at least comprises at least one light-sensitive element; a readout node; a transfer gate; a converter transistor; and a selection switch that is connected to a signal output of the converter transistor to selectively couple the signal output to a column line of the image sensor. The column line is coupled or can be coupled to a negative input of an associated column amplifier via an input capacitor, wherein an amplifier output of the column amplifier is connected to a column readout circuit and to a compensation line. The compensation line is coupled via a respective feedback capacitor to the respective readout node of the associated pixels.

Abstract: A remote control device for generating setting signals for a lens setting motor of a motion picture camera comprises a base part and an operating element rotatable relative to the base part for setting control commands for the lens setting motor; a position encoder for detecting a respective rotational position of the operating element and generating corresponding position signals; an evaluation and control device that is configured to determine setting signals for the lens setting motor in dependence on the position signals in accordance with a mapping rule; and an output device for transmitting the setting signals to the motion picture camera. In this respect, the mapping rule corresponds to at least one mathematical functional relationship and the remote control device has an input device via which the mathematical functional relationship can be configured by user input. A marking ring for a remote control device has a memory in which a readable coding is stored.
