Abstract: Disclosed is a vise allows the user to hold an object with two support locations instead of one, and optionally offer interchangeable multi-purpose vise heads to accomplish a variety of different tasks. It is a vise having a base on which is attached a fixed mounting member and a movable mounting member, having attached thereon clamping arm supports that are positioned perpendicular to the movement of the movable mounting member and having at least two clamping arms on at least one mounting support and means for moving the fixed and movable mounting members toward and away from each other.
