摘要： A portable, lightweight, head-mounted light therapy device is disclosed. The device comprises an one or more selectable light sources, such as light emitting diodes (LEDs), to provide bright or dim red light, bright or dim white light, or a combination thereof, selectable by the user, for shining on the user's face and eyes. The device can be used for the treatment of light deficiency disorders or conditions and circadian rhythm disorders and disturbances.
