    摘要: Disclosed is a fiber inserting apparatus comprising: a fiber clamp; a ferrule clamp opposite to the fiber clamp; and a clamp control controlling relative movement of the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp on the rails, wherein a fiber inserting operation is performed based on the relative movement towards each other between the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp. The fiber inserting apparatus may further comprise a straightening section comprising a chamber, elongated slots extending in a fiber inserting direction, a first drive for driving the chamber in a first direction so that the elongated slots move close to and away from the end of the bare fiber, and a second drive driving the chamber to move backwards and forwards in the fiber inserting direction, wherein the elongated slots are in communication with the chamber and a pressure in the chamber is smaller than that in the elongated slots when inserting the fiber. With the present invention, it is possible to simply operate the fiber insertion of 18 ferrules at one time, saving labor time and improving insertion efficiency.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides an optical fiber connector, comprising an integrated ferrule assembly and an integrated outer housing assembly, the ferrule assembly being adapted to be fitted into the housing assembly. The ferrule assembly at least comprises an inner housing, a spring, a multi-hole ferrule, a multi-fiber optical cable, a sleeve and a thermal shrinkable tube. The housing assembly at least comprises an outer housing, an outer tail tube and an outer protection cap. In the present disclosure, a plurality of components such as the inner housing, the spring, the multi-hole ferrule, multi-fiber optical cable, the sleeve, the thermal shrinkable tube and the like can be preassembled into an integrated ferrule assembly, and a plurality of components such as the outer housing, the outer tail tube, the outer protection cap and the like can be preassembled into an integrated outer housing assembly; then, a worker only needs to insert the integrated ferrule assembly into the integrated outer housing assembly on site, thereby completing assembling operation of the whole optical fiber connector conveniently and quickly.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a fiber optic connector comprises: a ferrule assembly; a spring seat provided behind the ferrule assembly; and a spring provided between the ferrule assembly and the spring seat. The spring seat has a receiving chamber having an insertion port through which a portion of the ferrule assembly is inserted into the receiving chamber; wherein the ferrule assembly is pre-assembled into the receiving chamber of the spring seat in a way that the ferrule assembly is held to be movably engaged with the spring seat. The spring is fitted and compressed in the receiving chamber. As a result, the ferrule assembly, the spring seat and the spring are pre-assembled into an integral assembly before being inserting into a connector housing. All components of the connector except for the housing may be smoothly pulled through a small long pipe as a whole. After being pulled through the pipe, all components of the connector except for the housing may be easily and quickly inserted into the housing as a whole at one time.

    摘要: A ferrule assembly including: a ferrule formed with a fiber bore for receiving an optical fiber therein; and a rear seat connected to a rear end of the ferrule, wherein the rear seat is formed with a hollow chamber passing through the rear seat in a longitudinal direction and communicated with the fiber bore of the ferrule, and wherein an additional injection hole for injecting an adhesive into the ferrule assembly is formed in an external profile surface of the ferrule assembly, and directly communicated with the fiber bore of the ferrule or the hollow chamber of the rear seat. The ferrule assembly is configured to be adapted to insert a fiber before filling an adhesive and protect the fiber that has been inserted into the ferrule assembly during inserting the fiber or filling the adhesive into the ferrule assembly.
