摘要: Disclosed is a fiber inserting apparatus comprising: a fiber clamp; a ferrule clamp opposite to the fiber clamp; and a clamp control controlling relative movement of the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp on the rails, wherein a fiber inserting operation is performed based on the relative movement towards each other between the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp. The fiber inserting apparatus may further comprise a straightening section comprising a chamber, elongated slots extending in a fiber inserting direction, a first drive for driving the chamber in a first direction so that the elongated slots move close to and away from the end of the bare fiber, and a second drive driving the chamber to move backwards and forwards in the fiber inserting direction, wherein the elongated slots are in communication with the chamber and a pressure in the chamber is smaller than that in the elongated slots when inserting the fiber. With the present invention, it is possible to simply operate the fiber insertion of 18 ferrules at one time, saving labor time and improving insertion efficiency.

摘要: A fiber optic connector is disclosed that includes a plug body having a plug end and a connector core that mounts within the plug body. The connector core includes a ferrule subassembly including a ferrule, a ferrule hub that attaches to the ferrule, a spring holder and a connector spring. The ferrule sub-assembly is assembled with the connector spring pre-compressed to an initial compressed state prior to mounting the connector core within the connector body. The plug body and the core are configured such that the connector spring is moved from the initial compressed state to a final compressed state when the connector core is loaded in the plug body. In certain examples, tuning features can be integrated into the connector core.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a fiber optic splice protection device. In one aspect, the device includes a closure including a cover and a chassis, and a fiber routing management unit mounted on the chassis of the closure. The fiber routing management unit can include a bottom member, flexible clippers, which are removably mounted on top of the bottom member; and a resilient biasing member, mounted on the chassis of the closure. The biasing member applies an elastic biasing force to the bottom member such that the bottom member is pressed against fiber optic cables to be spliced under the action of the elastic biasing member. The disclosed device avoids the phenomenon of messy winding of the fiber optic jacket and the fiber optic, and increases the winding space of the cable.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an optical fiber connector, comprising an integrated ferrule assembly and an integrated outer housing assembly, the ferrule assembly being adapted to be fitted into the housing assembly. In the present disclosure, a plurality of components such as the inner housing, the spring, the multi-hole ferrule, multi-fiber optical cable, the sleeve, the thermal shrinkable tube and the like can be preassembled into an integrated ferrule assembly, and a plurality of components such as the outer housing, the outer tail tube, the outer protection cap and the like can be preassembled into an integrated outer housing assembly; then, a worker only needs to insert the integrated ferrule assembly into the integrated outer housing assembly on site, thereby completing assembling operation of the whole optical fiber connector conveniently and quickly.

摘要: The present invention discloses a fiber optic connector comprises: a ferrule assembly; a spring seat provided behind the ferrule assembly; and a spring provided between the ferrule assembly and the spring seat. The spring seat has a receiving chamber having an insertion port through which a portion of the ferrule assembly is inserted into the receiving chamber; wherein the ferrule assembly is pre-assembled into the receiving chamber of the spring seat in a way that the ferrule assembly is held to be movably engaged with the spring seat. The spring is fitted and compressed in the receiving chamber. As a result, the ferrule assembly, the spring seat and the spring are pre-assembled into an integral assembly before being inserting into a connector housing. All components of the connector except for the housing may be smoothly pulled through a small long pipe as a whole. After being pulled through the pipe, all components of the connector except for the housing may be easily and quickly inserted into the housing as a whole at one time.
