摘要： A wellbore completion apparatus includes an engager having an engageable surface configured for becoming engaged to a surface of the wellbore is disclosed. The apparatus is configurable in an engagement-ready state and an engagement state. Actuation of the apparatus such that it transitions from the engagement-ready state to the engagement state is with effect that the engageable surface becomes engaged to the wellbore surface. In the engagement-ready state, the engager can include a first free end and a second free end, and the transitioning to the engagement steady is effected in response to relative displacement between the first and second free ends. In the engagement state, the engager can be configured in a loop configuration.

摘要： The present invention examines the interaction between an angiopoietin-1 mimetic peptide, QHREDGS (glutamine-histidine-arginine-glutamic acid-aspartic acid-glycine-serine (SEQ ID NO: 1)) immobilized to a collagen-chitosan hydrogel, and murine bone marrow derived macrophages. When macrophages were cultured in the presence of the peptide conjugated to a hydrogel, both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines were produced, in contrast to the application of soluble peptide which elicited minimal cytokine secretion. This indicates a unique macrophage polarization with covalently immobilized peptide hydrogels, which can be beneficial in the context of the wound microenvironment.

The device determines its downhole location based on magnetic field and/or magnetic flux signals provided by an onboard three-axis magnetometer. The device optionally comprises one or more magnets. The magnetometer detects changes in magnetic field and/or magnetic flux caused by the device's proximity to or passage through various features in the wellbore. The device can self-activate to deploy an engagement mechanism to engage a target tool downhole from the target location. The engagement mechanism comprises a seal supported by two expandable support rings, each having a respective elliptical face for engagement with the elliptical face of the other support ring.

An input flow passage is defined between the first outer plate wall and the intermediate plate wall, and a return flow passage is defined between the second outer plate wall and the intermediate plate wall. The first and second fluid flow passages are in a U-flow, stacked arrangement. At least one bypass opening extends through the intermediate plate wall between the input and return flow passages, and configured to permit a portion of the heat transfer fluid to bypass portions of the input and return flow passages.

A shelf angle includes a horizontal leg that defines a surface upon which to mount the veneer. The back of the shelf angle may have apertures to admit the toes of the mounting bracket. The seat includes an oversized slot having a relief angle to permit the shelf angle web to be rotated angularly during assembly. The mounting bracket has an overhanging arm for engaging the part of a cross-wise running beam, such as an I-beam upper flange. The mounting bracket has an abutment for contacting a lower part of the beam, such as a lower flange of an I-beam. There is a fitting to secure the bracket to the beam.
