摘要: A fire control system comprises a fixed base and a sight assembly rotatably attached to the fixed base. The sight assembly includes an optical range finder for calculating a distance to a selected target and a camera having a zoom lens assembly and an optical sensor for generating an image signal representative of a target scene including a selected target. The zoom lens assembly includes a zoom controller and zoom lens optical elements, wherein the zoom controller is configured to change a magnification of the zoom lens optical elements responsive to a calculated distance to the selected target. In a further aspect, a method for imaging a target is provided.

摘要: In one aspect, a pouch includes a first panel, a second panel, and a bottom gusset, wherein the first panel, second panel, and bottom gusset are formed of a polyester-based film structure and wherein the bending stiffness of the bottom gusset panel is less than or equal to 0.05 N/mm. Each of the polyester-based film structures may be formed of a polyester-based polymeric composition comprising polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or a blend from 0-100% by weight of PBT in PET. It is contemplated that each polyester-based film structure may comprise two or more film plies laminated to each other.

摘要: A helmet mount system for attaching a device to a helmet comprises a threaded interface assembly having an outer portion and a threaded insert received within a cavity formed in the outer portion. The outer portion has an inward facing surface configured to receive an adhesive layer for coupling the inward facing surface to a surface of the helmet. In a further aspect, a ballistic helmet having the helmet mount system herein is provided, wherein the helmet mount system does not penetrate a ballistic layer of the ballistic shell.

摘要: A helmet mounting system for attaching an accessory device to a helmet includes one or more cables with a hook for removably engaging the brim of the helmet. Each cable has an end attached to a spool which is rotatable in a first direction for winding of the cable(s) around the spool and a second direction for unwinding the cable. A tensioning mechanism is coupled to the spool. In certain embodiments, one or more accessory devices are electrically coupled to a power and data management module for routing power, data and control signals to the one or more accessory devices. Accessory devices are interchangeable, providing a modular system that can be customized to meet mission requirements and accessory devices are removable and replaceable as mission requirements change.

摘要: An interface system for a helmet mounting system comprises a helmet strap assembly. A helmet shroud includes a shroud interface assembly configured to mate with a first hot shoe of a helmet mount assembly. 摘要: A foam pump has dual, coaxial air and liquid cylinders, each having a respective air and liquid piston which move together during a dispensing operation. One or more air passageways between the air cylinder and a liquid-air mixing chamber are configured to impart rotation to an airstream passing from the air cylinder to the mixing chamber to increase turbulent mixing of the air and liquid in the mixing chamber. The liquid cylinder is axially aligned with the air cylinder to provide a low profile pump which does not require a dip tube or sleeve to communicate with the bottom of the liquid source when used in an inverted application wherein the foam pump is positioned below the source of liquid. A resilient valve member in the liquid outlet is biased to close on its own to prevent leaking in the event the air and liquid pistons do not fully return to the home position.

摘要: A modular helmet interface with a mounting cleat and adhesive layer is provided. In one aspect, a mounting cleat is affixed to a helmet, such as a ballistic helmet, by an adhesive layer, the mounting cleat having a cavity filled with the adhesive used to secure the cleat to the helmet. In a further aspect, the mounting cleat has one or more annular grooves for improving the bond between the cleat and the helmet. In another aspect, a mounting cleat is secured to a helmet by way of a cleat-receiving securing member, the securing member affixed to the helmet by an adhesive layer.

摘要: A resealable label is disclosed, the label having a top layer and a bottom layer. The top layer may be one or more ply, and the bottom layer may be one or more ply. The top layer is adhered to the bottom layer via an adhesive layer therebetween. The bottom layer includes a concave perforation, the concave perforation having a line defined by endpoints of the concave perforation. The label further includes a layer of deadener between the label layers, the deadener being on the convex side of the perforation, and terminating at the line, the line extending to opposing edges of the label, where the deadener is at least some distance away from the perforation such that the deadener and the perforation do not abut. The label may further have a layer of adhesive on the bottom layer for adhering the label to a surface. The disclosure further includes a reclosure system that includes the resealable label and an inner label for mounting on a surface.
