In addition, the system includes a carbon fiber tail rod, a tail mount configured to secure the tail rod to a tail of the airplane and configured to illuminate the surfaces of the airplane, and at least one LED of the plurality of LEDs is secured to each end of the tail rod and configured to illuminate the tail and fuselage surfaces of the model airplane.

A method to analyze the spread of viral or bacterial infections in a population using remote thermal sensor data is disclosed. The method includes determining a body temperature of passengers traveling through a public transportation facility using a remote thermal sensor, storing the body temperatures of the passengers in a database, assigning at least one geographic characteristic to the stored body temperatures in the database, and comparing the body temperatures to a known normal body temperature of humans. In addition, the method includes generating an alert when the body temperatures of the passengers are above the normal body temperature to indicate an illness. The at least one geographic characteristic may be an origination location, destination location, or any combination thereof. The method also includes accessing flight information stored on a remote server, and correlating the flight information to the passengers.

A stun gun with finger grip is disclosed. The stun gun is configured to fit and be held firmly within a palm of a user's hand and easily gripped with the user's fingers. A trigger is disposed within a finger grip aperture of a front housing and rear housing of the stun gun, where the trigger causes the stun gun to discharge an electric shock through electrodes mounted above the finger grip aperture to stun an assailant. The finger grip aperture is configured and placed on the stun gun to receive the user's finger therein when the stun gun is being gripped by the user's hand. The finger grip aperture protects the user's finger and prevents the assailant from easily dislodging the stun gun from the user's hand. The user's finger may be placed completely through the finger grip aperture to provide a firm grip on the stun gun. In addition, in a struggle with the assailant, the user's finger can remain firmly on the trigger and continue to depress the trigger to repeatedly shock the assailant.

An electronic multi-language-to-multi-language translation method and system is disclosed. The system includes a first user to communicate in a first language, a server, where the first user and the server are in communication, a second user to communicate in a second language, and a translation engine on a remote server. A message in the first language is transmitted by the first user to the second user via the server, where the message is forwarded to the translation engine to translate the message to the second language and transmit a translated message back to the second user for display. The message may be forwarded to the translation engine by a local application of the second user. In addition, the system may include a database in communication with the server to store the user's profile to identify the preferred language of the user. The message may be stored by the database.

A blank base is machined with a network of interconnected open channels on a top surface and end flow through passageways communicating with the channels. The tool is used as an electrode to erode the top surface of the blank base using plunge electro discharge machining by lowering the uneven deposit on the bottom of the electroformed tool down onto the top surface of the blank base in the electro discharge machining environment to form a top contoured surface to mate with the uneven deposit on the non-molding side of the substrate. Thermal management fluid channels are thereby conformal to the mold cavity. The tool and base are sealed together.

In a particular embodiment, a first value of infrared energy associated with an empty portion of a container is detected and the container is scanned to detect a second value of infrared energy that is different from the first value of infrared energy. The method also includes to store an upper limit value associated with a vertical location of an upper surface of a fluid level when the second value of infrared energy is detected and to scan the container to detect a third value of infrared energy that is different from the second value of infrared energy. In addition, a lower limit value associated with a vertical location of a lower surface of the fluid relative to the upper surface is stored when the third value of infrared energy is detected. A height of the fluid is determined using a difference between the upper limit value and the lower limit value.
