摘要: A method for constant torque control of an EC motor of a ventilation system includes: defining a maximum speed spd_max_ref and a minimum speed spd_min_ref of an electronically commutated motor (ECM) within a constant-torque operation range; by using a proportional integral (PI) controller, calculating an upper reference torque T_ref_up with the maximum speed spd_max_ref as a first reference speed, and calculating a lower reference torque T_ref_low with the minimum speed spd_min_ref as a second reference speed; and T_ref_up>T_ref_low; receiving an externally input torque command Tcom; comparing the torque command Tcom, the upper reference torque T_ref_up, and the lower reference torque T_ref_low to determine a target torque Tact; and controlling the ECM to operate in a constant torque mode under the target torque Tact.

摘要: A method for preparing the ferrous sulfide-containing passivator includes: dissolving a sulfide in an alkaline solution to form a mixed solution with a pH of 12-13; adding sodium silicate to the mixed solution and stirring for 0.5-1 hour at 20-40° C.; adding an aqueous solution of ferrous salt to the mixed solution containing sodium silicate, and allowing to react at 40-60° C. for 2-3 hours; where, with decrease of the pH of the mixed solution, sodium silicate is converted into silica nanoparticles, and the ferrous salt reacts with the sulfide to form ferrous sulfide; and further adding an aqueous solution of an organic modifier, and allowing to react at 40-60° C. for 1-2 hours to form a passivator slurry including surface-modified ferrous sulfide doped with silicon dioxide; filtering the passivator slurry to form a passivator.

摘要: A method for preparing low-background cement includes: uniformly mixing a seed crystal of cement, C4AF whiskers, and high-magnesium raw material to yield a first mixture, calcining the first mixture at 1400-1500° C., to yield a low-background clinker, the first mixture including 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the seed crystal of cement, 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the C4AF whiskers, and the balance is the high-magnesium raw material; and grinding a second mixture of the low-background clinker and gypsum, to yield low-background cement. The seed crystal of cement is a high-magnesium and low hydration heat clinker, has a specific activity of Ra-226 radioactive nuclides within 50 Bq/kg, and the MgO content of the clinker is between 4.0 wt. % and 5.0 wt. %, with 50 wt. %≤C3S≤55.0 wt. %; and the high-magnesium raw material has a MgO content between 2.5 wt. % and 3.0 wt. %.
