摘要: A rear passenger seat air ventilation system for an electric vehicle includes a rigid tunnel positioned within a passenger compartment of the electric vehicle. The rigid tunnel covers a portion of a battery assembly that extends above a floor structure of the electric vehicle such that the passenger compartment is sealed from the battery assembly. The rigid tunnel defines a forward opening and a rear opening connected by a conduit extending along at least a portion of a length of the rigid tunnel. The conduit is disposed within an interior of the rigid tunnel. A center console is positioned above at least a portion of the rigid tunnel. An air supply system interfaces with the forward opening and to deliver air to the conduit. At least one air vent receives air from the conduit and deliver the air to a rear seating area of the passenger compartment.

摘要: A battery pack for an electric vehicle may include a plurality of battery cells arranged into one or more rows. Each of the plurality of battery cells may include a first terminal and a second terminal, and the plurality of battery cells may include a subset of battery cells with the first terminal oriented in a same direction in the battery pack. The battery pack may also include a busbar configured to conduct electrical energy to and from at least the subset of battery cells. The busbar may include a plurality of cutouts positioned over the first terminals of the subset of battery cells, and a plurality of tabs that springably contact the respective first terminal. A method of building a battery pack with a busbar connection is also presented.

摘要: A rechargeable battery system, a battery pack, and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed herein. The rechargeable battery system and/or battery pack can be for an electric vehicle. The rechargeable battery system and/or battery pack can include a plurality of battery cells arranged into one or more rows, a busbar, and a housing. The busbar can extend over the ends of the plurality of battery cells, and can be configured to conduct electrical energy to and from the battery cells. The busbar may also connect to the one or more of the terminals of the plurality of battery cells. The busbar may define a busbar cooling duct having an entrance and an exit. In addition, the busbar cooling duct may be in thermal connection with a plurality of contacts of the busbar.

The information panel system may be configured to store a plurality information panel configurations. Different information panel configurations may correspond to different users of the driving apparatus. Users may be identified when inside the driving apparatus by capturing their biometric information. Following identification, an information panel configuration corresponding to the identified user may be retrieved and configured on a display device. The displayed information panel configuration may include a user customized graphic. The user customized graphic may be modified by the identified user with a color, shape, or text modification. The modification may be dependent on different metrics regarding vehicle operation or performance.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an underbody manufacturing method and a vehicle underbody. The method includes determining dimensions for the vehicle underbody and underbody panels, selecting the underbody panels, putting the underbody panels in a stamping die for stamping to form concave and convex parts on the underbody panels, welding the stamped underbody panels to splice the underbody in the length direction and/or the width direction, so as to make the underbody reach the determined length and width. Underbodies with various dimensions can be formed using the same stamping die, and accordingly, die cost is saved and vehicle development time is shortened, which provides convenience for diversified body designs on the whole.

A mixture including a first material and a second material may be injected into the aligned through holes of the first component and the second component. The mixture of the first material and the second material may expand in the through holes, e.g., due to a chemical reaction, thereby connecting the first component and the second component together.
