    摘要: A check valve nozzle having at least two discharge ports and providing improved mixing between the discharged fluid and the receiving fluid. The check valve nozzle may be of a “duckbill” type or a “pancake” type. The “duckbill” type may have discharge ports that vary in size, orientation with respect to the longitudinal centerline of the check valve nozzle, and/or construction materials. The “pancake” type may discharge the fluid from the check valve nozzle in a perpendicular, forward, or rearward direction. The check valve nozzle assembly contains a number of check valve nozzles that can vary in size, orientation with respect to the longitudinal centerline of the end cap of the assembly, and/or construction materials.

    摘要: A flow control pinch valve comprises a flexible outer sleeve and a flexible inner sleeve concentrically disposed within and spaced from the outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve defines a passageway for allowing fluid to pass therethrough. The sleeves are attached to each other at each end thereof and adapted to be attached to an inner surface of a fluid conduit. An annular space for receiving pressurized fluid is defined between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve such that the inner sleeve is configured to deflect inwardly thereby controlling fluid flow through the passageway. A first clamping ring is concentrically disposed within the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve at one end; and a second clamping ring is concentrically disposed within the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve at an opposite end, wherein the clamping rings are used to secure the control valve within a pipe.

    摘要: The present invention is a pinch valve for connection between an upstream pipeline and a downstream pipeline. The pinch valve includes a fixed conical reducer having an inlet end, an outlet end and an inside surface with an inside diameter which gradually reduces from the inlet end to the outlet end, resulting in a substantially conical-shaped inside surface. The inlet end of the fixed conical reducer attached to the upstream pipeline. The pinch valve also includes a flexible full port sleeve having an inlet end and an outlet end, the inlet end of the flexible fill port sleeve attached to the outlet end of the fixed conical reducer and the outlet end of the full port sleeve attached to the downstream pipeline. The pinch valve further includes a pinching mechanism positioned adjacent the flexible full port sleeve and configured to constrict the flexible full port sleeve.

    摘要: A pinch valve for throttling or terminating the flow of a fluid through a pipe or the like. The valve features two cam bodies within an extension of the valve body. An inner cam body is cammed into non-rotational translational movement in a direction towards and away from the flexible and resilient sleeve of the pinch valve by the cam surface of an outer cam body of circular cross-section which is at least partially rotatable by displacement of a turn handle. The handle may be partially turned about the axis of the outer cam body, to partially constrict or throttle fluid flow, or further turned to completely pinch the sleeve shut and totally terminate fluid flow.

    摘要: A deflector for a fluid mixing device includes a helical-shaped body having a first end, a second end, and a helical-shaped body between the first and the second ends. The helical body has two or more channels isolated from one another. In one non-limiting embodiment of the invention, the deflector is mounted in a cavity of a pipe between the first and second ends of the pipe to provide a mixing device having a first passageway connecting the first and the second ends of the pipe, and a second passageway connecting the first and the second ends of the pipe. The deflector in the pipe maintains the first and second passageways isolated from, and in a spaced relationship to, one another. Each of the passageways defines a hollow helical path as the distance from the first end toward the second end of the pipe increases.

    摘要: A double acting pinch valve with floating pinch mechanism. Two opposed rectilinear rigid members extend transversely to a flexible deformable resilient sleeve and on opposite sides of the sleeve; the flow of fluid to be controlled is through the sleeve from one end to the other. A floating piston is provided in a container, i.e. in a cylinder, which container or cylinder also has a floating mounting and suspension. The piston rod is rigidly connected to one of the rigid members, and the floating container is rigidly connected to the other rigid member. The two rigid members and the container with integral piston all have, as a feature of the invention, a floating mounting and suspension on a frame on which the sleeve is mounted, so that these elements are freely displaceable relative to the frame and towards or away from the sleeve. When a fluid is passed into the container between its outer closed end and the piston head, the closed end, and for that matter the entire container, and the piston head, are both concomitantly displaceable in opposite directions away from each other, so that both rigid members are concomitantly displaceable towards each other in a convergence which pinches the sleeve and curtails or terminates fluid flow through the sleeve. The sleeve is concomitantly pinched on both sides, by both of the opposed rigid members.
