摘要: A color-tunable lighting device and method is disclosed. The device includes a lighting component that has a first lighting element having a warm color temperature, and a second lighting element having a cool color temperature. The first and second lighting elements, together, have a combined color temperature and a combined lumen output. The device further includes a controller configured to apply a first power input to the first lighting element and a second power input to the second lighting element wherein the combined color-temperature of the first lighting element and the second lighting element may be tuned to a desired color temperature at a desired combined lumen output of the lighting component.

摘要: An LED luminaire with an integrated battery backup is divided into a hidden infrastructure portion and a decorative body portion. The luminaire body has a main lighting deck with at least one LED mounted thereon and a decorative skirt extending from the main lighting deck. A diffuser panel is received over the main lighting deck. The hidden infrastructure portion includes a light fixture housing configured and arranged to be mounted within a building infrastructure, an emergency battery backup assembly received within the light fixture housing wall, and a housing fixture bracket secured within the light fixture housing to support the emergency backup assembly in the upper portion of the light fixture housing.

摘要: A technique and apparatus for heat dissipation in electrical devices is described. A bulk body may be configured with a plurality of radiating devices so that the bulk body may be divided into smaller bulk bodies to be used in conjunction with other electrical type assemblies to quickly and efficiently provide for a heat dissipation sub-assembly. In one aspect, the bulk bodies may be configured with internal voids such as a duct or tunnel interconnecting at least one input port and at least one output port for aiding in heat dissipation of an electrical device employing bulk body technique.

摘要: A device for producing light may include one or more printed circuit boards (PCBs), an electronics package may be disposed about a first surface of one or more of the PCBs and a housing. A plurality of the PCBs may be set apart and connected by pins to dissipate heat from one PCB to another, and/or to convey electrical connectivity. Pins may be configured to pass through or into one or both the PCBs including the cores to conduct heat generated by the electronics package away for dispersion. In some embodiments, the pins may pass into the backplane. The PCBs may include LEDs, lights, computer devices, memories, telecommunications devices, or combinations of these. The device may also include a housing to contain the plurality of PCBs such that air flow may enter the housing and pass by the pins for cooling of the PCBs and electronics thereof.

摘要: A lighting control system includes a control system, a plurality of connected control devices and a plurality of lighting output devices each of which includes a processor at their installed location. The control devices and lighting output devices are in communication with the processors via the conventional two-wire power supply wiring. The connected lighting devices are configured to receive a control signal from the control devices through the control system and selectively operate based on the control signal received. The control system may further support multiple control systems that may be interconnected together via conventional two-wire power delivery systems to control larger arrays of sensors, control inputs, and lighting output devices.
