摘要： A stone trap door in the path of feeding of crop material in a combine harvester is held in a closed position by a solenoid controlled latch. The solenoid is energized to open the stone trap door and an electric clutch is de-energized to stop the drive mechanism by an electronic rock-detection circuit. The rock-detection circuit includes a piezo-electric ceramic disc attached to the bottom of the table to detect vibrations induced in the bottom of the table by material conveyed along the bottom of the table toward the trap door. The piezoelectric ceramic disc produces output signals which vary in frequency and amplitude depending upon the frequency and amplitude of the vibrations induced in the bottom of the table. The signals produced by rocks or other hard objects are amplified and rectified to energize the solenoid and a relay to open the stone trap door and to deenergize the electromechanical clutch means to stop the crophandling drive mechanism.

摘要： A ground vehicle having an implement attached at one end of the vehicle for pivotal movement relative to the ground. The implement may be a swather table or the like which is equipped with a pair of power activated lift cylinders for selective raising or lowering of the swather table. The lift cylinders are interconnected between the swather table and one end of a rocker arm which is pivoted to the frame of the vehicle. A pair of counterbalancing springs are co-operatively positioned relative to the lift cylinders and have one end attached to the frame of the vehicle and the other end of the pivotal rocker arm. The upper end of the swather table is supported for pivotal fore and aft movement on a transverse crossbar which is rotatable in the frame of the vehicle. The outer ends of the table-supporting crossbar are each connected to an interconnected lift arm and lever assembly for rotation of the crossbar within the frame upon respective pivotal movement of the swather table. The transverse cross bar defines a torsion rod adapted to maintain the table in level position, and one of the lift arm and lever assemblies is provided with adjusting means for adjustment of the torque characteristic of the torsion spring.

摘要： A filing cabinet is provided with pivotable and slidable doors which may be retracted within the cabinet to provide access to the roll-out file drawers. The doors comprise sheet metal envelopes closed at the ends by unitary plastic end caps which each include a handle depression, a locking tab, and a stop tab for locating the doors in the closed and retracted positions. The door front surface is substantially entirely planar and includes an internal rigidifying structural member so that in a partially retracted position, the door may be utilized as a posting shelf. The cabinet further includes means for indicating the partially retracted position of the door.

摘要： A stone trap door, in the path of feed of crop material, in a combine harvester is held in a closed position by a latch control by a solenoid. The solenoid is energized to open the stone trap door by an electronic rock detection circuit. The output signal passes through a band pass amplifier and a peak detector which filter out all the output signals except those produced by rocks or other hard objects. The signal produced by rocks or other hard objects is then amplified to energize the solenoid and open the stone trap door.
