In any case, a patient is selected from the list and the provider determines if a medical metric associated with the patient is accurate or complete. The provider may then selectively enter self-report data concerning the accuracy or completeness of the medical metric. A provider assessment (e.g., score) is recalculated based at least in part on the self-reported data as well as the data that has already been collected. The re-calculated score may be provided to the medical plan.

    摘要: Systems and processes for assembling de-identified patient healthcare data records in a longitudinal database are provided. The systems and processes may be implemented over multiple data suppliers and common database facilities while ensuring patient privacy. At the data supplier locations, patient-identifying attributes in the data records are placed in standard format and then doubly encrypted using a pair of encryption keys before transmission to a common database facility. The pair of encryption keys includes a key specific to the data supplier and a key specific to the common database facility. At the common database facility, the encryption specific to the data supplier is removed, so that multi-sourced data records have only the common database encryption. Without direct access to patient identifying-information, the encrypted data records are assigned dummy labels or tags by which the data records can be longitudinally linked in the database. The tags are assigned based on statistical matching of the values of a select set of encrypted data attributes with a reference database of tags and associated encrypted data attribute values.

The method involves storing, in a database, collected data related to at least one key success factor associated with at least the market performance which is related to said product; storing, in a database, collected data related to unmet needs on said market; storing, in a database, collected data related to the propensity of a decision-maker to choose said product; and using a computer to calculate the future market share of said product based on said collected data, thereby determining said post-launch performance on said market. The method allows improved forecasting of the future performance of a product on a market and provides improved understanding, benchmarking, forecasting and strategic decision-making as regards the future sales of the product in question.
