摘要: Systems and methods are described herein for reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI) affecting measurements of a battery module monitoring board. A battery module system includes battery cells on a top side and a bottom side of the battery module. Each battery cell is electrically coupled between an adjacent pair of busbars. Each busbar is coupled to at least one sensor wire. One busbar, which spans the top and bottom sides of the battery module, is coupled to two sensor wires such that EMI interference affecting measurement signals (e.g., noise signals accompanying voltage readings) associated with the top side of the battery module are in-phase with one another and the measurement signals associated with the bottom side of the battery module are in-phase with one another, such that the EMI interference generally cancels in measurement calculations.

摘要: A plurality of energy storage packs supply a current to a plurality of motor driver that drive a plurality of motors mounted on moving object, respectively. Sub energy storage pack supplies a current to at least one of a plurality of first current paths connecting the plurality of motor driver and the plurality of energy storage packs, or pulls a current from at least one of the plurality of first current paths. Controller controls the plurality of first switches and the plurality of second switches to adjust capacities between the plurality of energy storage packs.

摘要: A battery pack can include an enclosure with a first panel opposite and spaced apart from a second panel. First and second battery cell stacks can be positioned between the first and the second panels. Each of the first and the second battery cell stacks can include a plurality of interconnected battery cells. A busbar fuse can be electrically connected between the first and the second battery cell stack and can include an exterior thermal contact that is thermally connected to the first panel. A thermal interface material (TIM) can be disposed between the exterior thermal contact and the first panel where the first panel can form a portion of a heat exchanger. A shell can at least partially enclose the busbar fuse and can retain a potting compound or phase change material around the busbar fuse.

摘要: In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, an aircraft comprises a battery pack mounted external to the aircraft structure. The batteries are configured to vent directly to the environment during battery thermal runaway. In one embodiment, an aerodynamic fairing provides an aerodynamically efficient surface and weather protection during nominal flight conditions. During battery thermal runaway however, the aerodynamic fairing is configured to expose the battery to the environment.

摘要: The present application relates to a harness isolation plate assembly, a battery module, a battery pack and a device. The harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of isolation units comprising busbars and insulating films connecting the busbars; and a connecting assembly through which the adjacent isolation units are connected. In the present application, the harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of separate isolation units. Upon molding, each isolation unit can be processed independently. Moreover, a size of each isolation unit is small, thus reducing processing difficulty. Furthermore, it is easy to control a location of each busbar, such that locating accuracy of the busbars is improved so as to enhance connecting reliability between the busbars and an electrode lead. Meanwhile, in each isolation unit, the busbars are connected through the insulating films, such that a risk of short circuit for the busbars is low.

摘要: Battery packs according to some embodiments of the present technology may include a longitudinal beam. The packs may include a plurality of battery cells disposed adjacent the longitudinal beam. Each battery cell may be characterized by a first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface. Each battery cell may be characterized by a third surface extending vertically between the first surface and the second surface. The first surface may face the longitudinal beam, and battery terminals may extend from the third surface. Each battery cell may be characterized by a fourth surface opposite the third surface. The packs may include a lid coupled with the first surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells. The packs may include a base coupled with the second surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells.

摘要: A battery pack includes a battery module configured to accommodate a number of battery cells, and a lower protective cover including a lower panel detachably coupled to a lower portion of the battery module and a number of buffer parts on one surface of the lower panel. A structure of the lower protective cover of the battery pack may be improved to absorb an impact from a lower side of a vehicle. A cross-sectional shape of the buffer part of the lower protective cover may be changed to adjust and design an impact absorption value.
