    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for searching time series information in a distributed data processing system. A method of processing a semantic search query comprises receiving a structured search query, processing the structured search query to deconstruct into query elements, identifying a set of connected elements based on the query elements, processing a time series data structure of the identified set of connected elements to determine a command data element, utilizing the command data element to process the time series data structure of the identified set of connected elements, annotating the time series data structure of each of the identified set of connected elements to form a queried data set, and providing the queried data set.

    Abstract: Techniques are described herein to improve onboarding of third party entity data with existing knowledge graphs. In various implementation s, a computing system associated with an existing knowledge graph may receive a request from a third party to onboard, with the existing knowledge graph, a plurality of entities. Each entity may have associated identifier(s) and relationship(s) with other entities of the plurality of entities. First third party entity data that describes the plurality of entities and associated identifiers/relationships may be received from the third party. The first third entity party data may be analyzed to identify semantic fingerprint(s) matching respective subsets of the entities. Results related to the analyzing may be determined. The results may include a statistic representing success or failure of applying rule(s) to a respective subset of entities that match a given semantic fingerprint. Remedial action(s) may be triggered based on the failure statistic.

    Abstract: Embodiments of a system as described herein may receive financial institution product information from a plurality of financial institutions distributed across a computing network. The system may also receive data from the plurality of financial institutions distributed across the computer network and create or update an ontology. A relevance score may be generated for a set of financial institution products which may, in conjunction with a campaign definition provided by a financial institution administrator, be used to associate users with a list of campaigns which may be stored as campaign data. An online banking application at a user device may request campaign data for a user. In response, the system may return campaign data for the user to the online banking application.     Abstract: A method for generating a set of concepts related to a target concept includes accessing a set of candidate concepts, embedding the target concept and the set of candidate concepts in a semantic vector space, selecting one or more intermediate concepts from the set of candidate concepts in response to determining whether each embedded candidate concept in the set of embedded candidate concepts satisfies a predetermined relationship with the embedded target concept, and filtering the one or more intermediate concepts to yield the set of concepts related to the target concept. The method may further include generating a multiple-choice question in which the target concept corresponds to a correct answer choice and the set of concepts related to the target concept correspond to distractors.

    Abstract: Techniques for ranking skills using an ensemble machine learning approach are described. The outputs of two heterogenous, machine-learned models are combined to rank a set of skills that may be possessed by an end-user of an online service. Some subset of the highest-ranking skills is then presented to the end-user with a recommendation that the skills be added to the end-user's profile. The ensemble learning technique involves a concept referred to as “boosting”, in which a weaker performing model is enhanced (e.g., “boosted”) by a stronger performing model, when ranking the set of skills. Accordingly, by using a combination of models, better results are achieved than might be with either one of the individual models alone. Furthermore, the approach is scalable in ways that cannot be achieved with heuristic-based approaches.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, apparatus, and computer-readable storage media for determining semantic relationships between hashtags in social media messages, particularly for use in generating a hierarchical ontology of hashtags based on co-occurrence frequency and diversity metrics. For example, natural language processing may be performed on a plurality of social media messages to extract hashtags from the social media messages. Co-occurrence frequency counts for at least two hashtags and other hashtags, in addition to an ensemble score based on a combination of one or more diversity metrics, may be determined. A hierarchical ontology may be generated based on the co-occurrence frequency counts and the ensemble scores for the at least two hashtags. Such a hierarchical ontology may group hashtags into communities of common topics that are ordered based on ensemble scores.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system are for determining signal rules and annotating data. The method, according to an embodiment, includes: determining data obtaining logic based on assembly model information corresponding to the assembly; wherein the data obtaining logic includes a to-be-obtained data object and an obtaining rule; determining at least one physical signal corresponding to the data obtaining logic; and determining, based on the data obtaining logic and the at least one physical signal corresponding to the data obtaining logic, a signal rule corresponding to the obtaining rule. By annotating the running data of an assembly, the context of the data may be indicated, so that the running data of the assembly can be made more consistent, easier to maintain, and/or applied to a new environment. Moreover, since the annotation information of data can adopt a common format, it may be more suitable for information migration and system configuration.
