摘要： An end piece for a corrugated hose contains a bushing having a front region and a rear region opposite of a longitudinal direction. The rear region is located inside the hose in a mounted state of the bushing. The front region has a collar forming a groove for receiving the free end of the hose. The rear region has a plurality of flexible tongues, which have a relief direction that is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bushing and directed toward the outer chamber of the bushing. A portion of the flexible tongues contains a radially projecting detent protrusion for implementing an engagement active in the longitudinal direction of the bushing. A retaining sleeve, received by the bushing with precise fit and, in the mounted state of the end piece, extends in an inner chamber enclosed by the bushing, limits the radial play of the flexible tongue.

A first holding rib engages behind at least one locking projection of a connecting ring. The ring engages behind a second holding rib on a second end section of the pipe. The first end section has an essentially conical initial section located adjacent the principal part of the fluid line. The initial section has an outer diameter which increases in a direction toward the free end of the first end section. The initial section is adjacent to an intermediate section whose outer diameter decreases from the greatest diameter of the initial section to the smallest diameter of a locking groove for the engagement of a first locking projection.

摘要： A vacuum connection to connect a vacuum fitting to a corrugated hose has an air tube which defines an air channel and fits into the corrugated pipe. The connecting has a securing mechanism to secure the air tube to the corrugated hose. The air tube has an outer diameter which corresponds to the inner diameter of the corrugated hose to create an air tight seal. The securing mechanism has radial projections which are radially biased towards the air tube and engage one or more of the corrugations of the corrugated pipe to secure the vacuum fitting to the corrugated pipe. When the corrugated pipe is to be removed from the fitting, the radial projections may be moved against the biasing force to disengage the corrugations and permit removal of the corrugated pipe from the fitting. The opening of the air tube has a chamfered edge to create a smooth transition from the air channel of the air tube to the corrugated pipe thereby decreasing vacuum loss, debris accumulation and excessive noise.

摘要： A fast-connecting joint for corrugated pipes includes a main body and an engaging member. The main body has a through hole for liquid to flow through, and an inner recessed annular wall provided with an annular slope close to one end of the main body. The engaging member possesses an outer annular wall, and plural flexible curved petals extending outward around one end of the outer annular wall and respectively having a projection on their outer surface. In assembly, the engaging member is inserted in the through hole of the main body, with the projections of the engaging member correspondingly fitted against the inner recessed annular wall. In use, a corrugated pipe can be quickly fastened with the fast-connecting joint tightly when it is inserted into the engaging member to keep its annular groove blocked by the curved petals.

摘要： A bell and spigot coupling system is provided for joining corrugated plastic pipe which improves the coupling's sealing capability with increasing hydrostatic pressure, and causes a substantial component of the force generated therefrom to be absorbed axially through the coupled sections of adjoining pipe. The spigot end of one pipe which is received within a bell coupler for an adjoining pipe terminates in a small annular bed-forming rib which forms a gasket bed that holds a gasket compressed against a radially extending gasket sealing surface of the bell coupler. Inward protruding latches formed in the bell coupler engage the adjoining section of corrugated pipe to resist axial separation and hold the gasket compressed against the sealing surface of the bell coupler. The sealing surface of the bell coupler contours the spigot end of the adjoining pipe and forms radially constricting pathways at opposite sides of the gasket. The presence of either internal or external hydrostatic pressure on the coupling joint causes the gasket to wedge into one of the opposing radially constricted pathways, thus transferring the force generated by such pressure axially through the coupled sections of pipe.

The halves can be rotated about the living hinge from an open position to a closed position. Edges of the coupling halves opposite the hinge have locking structures for holding the halves in the closed position.
