    摘要: Methods of manufacturing a valve bag are disclosed. First and second webs of valve material, such as heat sealable plastic film, are combined to create a combined web of valve material, and a sealing process is applied thereto to define valve portions. The combined web of valve material includes a plurality of valve strip portions, each including a valve portion. Then first and second bag sections, which may be on a first and second side respectively of a web of folded bag material, or on a first web and second web of bag material respectively, are dispensed with the combined web of valve material positioned in between, and brought together to form a combined web of valve bag material. A sealing process is applied to the combined web of valve bag material, forming a valve bag section. The bag section is then separated from the remainder of the combined web of valve bag material to form an individual valve bag.

    摘要: An inflatable dunnage bag for filling empty space within a container is provided. The inflatable dunnage bag includes a bag portion and a valve assembly. The valve assembly is connected to the bag portion and defines a passageway through which a fluid is introduced into the bag portion during an inflation process. The valve assembly may include a backing plate, a flap, a projection, or combination thereof. The backing plate may be positioned between front and back walls of the valve assembly and be configured to protect the back wall from an inflation nozzle inserted through the front wall during the inflation process. The backing plate may include a flap adapted to further protect the back wall and help direct the fluid flow toward the bag portion. The projection, such as a hook, is configured to position the valve assembly to a predetermined area of the container.

    摘要: An inflatable dunnage bag for filling empty space within a container is provided. The inflatable dunnage bag includes a bag portion and a valve assembly. The valve assembly is connected to the bag portion and defines a passageway through which a fluid is introduced into the bag portion during an inflation process.     摘要: A dunnage bag is fabricated of thermoplastic sheet material joined together to form an air cushion including being joined to form an inflation panel edge seam. An inflation opening to the air cushion is defined between two layers of thermoplastic sheet material adjacent a terminus of the panel edge seam. Two layers of the thermoplastic sheet material extend from the inflation panel edge seam and inflation opening, and the two layers are joined together by an inflation panel seam pattern to form an inflation panel. The inflation panel seam pattern further defines an inflation area communicating with the inflation opening and with an inflation valve sealed to the inflation panel in the inflation area, for supplying inflation air from the inflation valve through the inflation panel and into the air cushion. The inflation area is preferably an elongated sinuous tube. This configuration protects the inflation valve and contributes to the integrity of the dunnage bag. The thermoplastic sheet material is substantially transparent, so that cargo inspections may be made without removing the dunnage bags.

    摘要: A fluid container for packing a product includes a check valve for each container member. A bonding structure of check-valves to a fluid container and a production method and apparatus of fluid container are disclosed in detail where the check valve is capable of reliably keeping the expansion of the fluid container without any fluid leakage after inflating the fluid container. As the check-valve is bonded to only one of thermoplastic container films, both films of the check-valve are fixed to one of the container films, thereby preventing the reverse flow by tightly closing the check valve. The manufacturing apparatus includes an up-down roller controller which precisely positions the films to form the check valve. The manufacturing apparatus can produce the fluid container with high reliability by having a belt conveyor specially designed for cooling down the heat sealed films before separating from the belt conveyor without damage.
