Abstract:
A safety syringe includes: a syringe cylinder having a plurality of sleeve ribs formed in a sleeve portion of the syringe cylinder, a needle device having a needle detachably coupled on an shank portion which is provided with a plurality of shank ribs on the shank portion to be engaged with the sleeve ribs in the sleeve portion, with the needle device retractable in and automatically biased in the syringe cylinder to prevent outward protruding of used needle; whereby upon external connecting and rotative coupling of the needle on the shank portion, the shank portion will be locked without being rotatable, thereby enhancing a smooth coupling of the needle on the shank portion of the needle device.
Abstract:
A needle apparatus has a thin walled catheter enclosing a tubular needle having a sharp point, the catheter and the needle being relatively moveable longitudinally a short distance, from a first position where the needle projects from the catheter and to a second position at which the sharp point is located within the catheter. The needle remains in the fluid pathway of the needle apparatus at all times. The needle apparatus is arranged to pierce tissue when the catheter and the needle are in the first position.
Abstract:
A safety hypodermic syringe having a flexible safety cap covered on a hollow stopper around the arrowhead tip of the plunger, such that liquid medicine is completely forced out of the barrel through the needle cannula before forcing the arrowhead tip of the plunger into engagement with the connector holding the needle hub and the needle cannula for enabling the needle cannula to be received inside the barrel after the service of the safety hypodermis syringe.
Abstract:
A safety syringe comprises a barrel having a projection in a rear end thereof, a needle holder for mount of a needle, the needle holder having a dragged portion, a stopper movable in the barrel, the stopper having a drag portion adapted for engaging into the dragged portion of the needle holder and a plunger connector, a plunger for moving the stopper in the barrel having a stopper connector engaged with the plunger connector of the stopper. When pulled backwards to the end after injection, the plunger connector of the stopper is forced onto the projection of the barrel and disengaged from the plunger, enabling the plunger to be removed from said barrel.
Abstract:
A syringe includes a hollow barrel and a plunger partially and movably received in the hollow barrel. A connector centrally extends toward the first end of the hollow barrel from the plunger. A snapping device includes a body slidably received in the hollow barrel and selectively engaged to the connector. Two locking member downward extend from the annular protrusion. Each locking member has a first hook formed on a middle portion and extending toward the inner periphery of the hollow barrel to engage to the hollow barrel. A hollow stub extends from the body. An annular slit is defined in the hollow stub. A second hook extends from the locking member and is selectively engaged to the annular slit. A pusher extends through the hollow barrel such that the first hook is detached from the hollow barrel when the pusher is inward compressed.
Abstract:
A syringe device includes a barrel in which a stopper connected to a plunger is movably received, and an engaging section extends from an end of the barrel. A base member is disengagably received in an engaging section of the barrel and a needle cannula is connected to the base member. The stopper has a protrusion which is engaged with a recess in the base member when the stopper is moved to a extreme position when pushing the plunger. The base member is disengaged from the engaging section and moved into the barrel together with the stopper when the plunger is pulled backward. A pushing device is located between the base member and the stopper to tilt the base member in the barrel.
Abstract:
A disposable aspirating syringe for dental medicine having the ability to accept single use or disposable drug cartridges. The syringe offers a retractable needle and a break-away plunger to facilitate disposal and increase safety.
Abstract:
A safety syringe includes: a plunger slidably held in a syringe cylinder having a flexible coupling rod normally longitudinally formed at a central portion of the plunger, and a needle device detachably secured in a front portion of the syringe cylinder having a tilting hole inclinedly formed in a rear portion of the needle device, whereby upon finishing the injection of the syringe by engaging the flexible coupling rod with the tilting hole to couple the used needle device with the plunger, and upon a rearward retraction of the plunger with the coupled needle device into the syringe cylinder, the flexible coupling rod will automatically resiliently restore to inclinedly bias the coupled needle device within the cylinder to prevent outward protruding of the used needle device for safety protection.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a one-handed hypodermic syringe comprising the renovated structure that allows users to push and pull the syringe by one hand. The medical personnel may place their thumbs inside the ring disposed in the distal end of the plunger, and press the concave objects disposed in the distal end of the barrel by their index fingers and middle fingers, thereby hold the syringe steadily and manipulate pull-push action of the injection with one hand. The present invention is designed to enhance the convenience for the medical personnel's use of hypodermic syringe.
Abstract:
A blunt needle plastic cannula for a syringe has a central axial passage terminating in a tip opening axially through one end thereof. Different axial sections along the cannula have respective differential resistances to movement relative to a membrane upon insertion of the cannula into the membrane. The opposite end of the cannula may have a Luer fit or Luer lock or may have integrally formed therewith an adapter for releasably connecting the adapter and cannula to the distal end of the barrel of the syringe. A syringe plunger and the adapter have connective structure whereby the adapter and cannula can be withdrawn into the interior of the barrel. The opposite ends of the barrel are sealed by portions of the plunger.
