    Abstract: A resource determining method includes: determining a time-domain resource for a target signal according to a target time interval. The target time interval includes at least one of a first time interval, a second time interval, or a third time interval. The first time interval is a time interval between a power-saving signal and a PDCCH associated with the power-saving signal. The second time interval is a time interval between the power-saving signal and a first signal. The third time interval is a time interval between the PDCCH associated with the power-saving signal and the first signal. The first signal is a signal used for downlink synchronization or RRM measurement or beam management. The target signal includes at least one of the power-saving signal or the first signal.
