摘要: A multi-point light measuring system for sensing an optical characteristic such as illuminance at a plurality of measurement points with respect to the same illumination is configured by a single main unit, a plurality of light measuring units and a plurality of adapters for data communication. At least one light measuring unit and the main unit are connected by wired or wireless adapters, and each adjoining two light measuring units is connected by wired adapters. A controller of the main unit controls the light measuring units by commands transmitted by the adapters for obtaining light measuring data from the light measuring units and displays a measurement result on a display of the main unit.

摘要: An aqueous ammonia composition having low surface tension is disclosed, which comprises ammonia water and a fluoroalkylsulfonamide compound having the following general formula:R.sup.1 SO.sub.2 NR.sup.2 --X--H (I)wherein R.sup.1 represents a fluoroalkyl group, R.sup.2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, X represents a grouping selected from CH.sub.2 COO and (CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O).sub.n, wherein n is a positive integer from 1 to 20. This aqueous ammonia composition may be mixed with an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and water so that it can be used for cleaning a semiconductor substrate. The cleaning solution has outstanding stability, and exhibits improved efficacy in removing microparticles of impurities and excellent surface-protecting effect on the semiconductor substrate that is useful in the manufacture of high density integrated circuit elements.

摘要: A photographic camera having a photographic operating device including a focus detecting circuit, a shutter control circuit, a light measuring circuit and a light emission control circuit, an adjustment data memory for storing adjustment data based on functional characteristics of the respective circuits of the photographic operating device and an adjustment circuit for adjusting the respective circuits by using adjustment data read from the adjustment data memory. The adjustment data memory is consituted by an EEPROM for making it possible to conveniently and readily rewrite the adjustment data. The adjustment data is calculated from a linear function expression established between a design value and an actual value for avoiding trial-and-error preparatory operations for the adjustment.

摘要: In an interchangeable lens including an optical system adjustable for focusing and adapted to be detachably mounted on a camera body which is provided with focus detection means for detecting an amount of defocus of an object image formed by the optical system, and drive means for driving the optical system for the focus adjustment thereof in accordance with the detected amount of defocus. The interchangeable lens comprises, inter alia, a code plate for producing a plurality of digital photographic distance signals representing given discrete photographic distances of the optical system in accordance with the adjustment of the optical system for focusing. Circuit means output a predetermined one of a plurality of inputs, the plurality of outputs including a plurality of conversion coefficients needed for converting the detected amount of defocus into the amount of drive to be effected by the driving means, the conversion coefficients being intrinsic to the interchangeable lens and having values depending upon the discrete photographic distances of the optical system represented by the digital photographic distance signals, respectively. The digital photographic distance signals are applied to the circuit means as the predetermined input to cause the circuit means to output one of the conversion coefficients as the predetermined output, the value of which depends upon the photographic distance of the optical system represented by the one digital photographic distance signal being produced. The output conversion coefficient are transmitted to the camera body.

摘要: A mounting device on a camera has a mounting member to fit with an accessory so as to mount the accessory on the camera by sliding it. The mounting member which is molded out of plastic in one piece has eaves-like portions overhanging from an upper portion thereof in opposite directions intersecting perpendicularly to a mounting direction of the accessory, thus having a generally T-shaped cross section. The mounting member has a groove running in the mounting direction at a top central portion for receiving a projecting portion of the accessory so as to determine a horizontal (lateral) position of the accessory relative to the camera. The eaves-like portions receive mating members of the accessory thereunder so as to determine a vertical position of the accessory relative to the camera. The groove is narrower at the front end than at the back end where an insertion opening for the accessory mounting is provided, where the projecting portion of the accessory is similarly narrower at the front end from which the accessory is inserted into the groove.
