    Abstract: A method, including sending a configuration of a first channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource periodicity and a configuration of a first channel state information (CSI) report periodicity of a terminal device secondary cell, the first CSI-RS resource periodicity associated with sending a first CSI-RS in a first time period, and the first CSI report periodicity associated with receiving CSI of the secondary cell from the terminal device in the first time period, and sending a configuration of a second CSI-RS resource periodicity and a configuration of a second CSI report periodicity of a terminal device secondary cell, the second CSI-RS resource periodicity associated with sending a second CSI-RS in a second time period, and the second CSI report periodicity associated with receiving CSI of the secondary cell from the terminal device in the second time period, the second time period being after the first time period.

    Abstract: This application provides a power determining method and an apparatus. The method includes: determining first NR power based on first AMPR, where the first AMPR is calculated based on first resource allocation information and NR scheduling information; determining LTE power based on second AMPR, where the second AMPR is calculated based on LTE scheduling information and second resource allocation information; and when a sum of the first NR power and the LTE power is greater than maximum transmit power of a terminal device, sending LTE information to the first access device at the LTE power on time domain resources that completely or partially overlap each other, and sending NR information to the second access device at second NR power or skipping sending NR information, where the second NR power is less than the first NR power.

    Abstract: A first access network device receives an addition request message from a second access network device. The first access network device determines a third uplink carrier used by a terminal to send a preamble to the first access network device, and sends an addition request acknowledgement message to the second access network device. The addition request acknowledgement message includes carrier indication information. The carrier indication information indicates the third uplink carrier. The third uplink carrier is at least one of the first uplink carrier or a second uplink carrier. The second uplink carrier and the first uplink carrier belong to a same cell of the first access network device and the second uplink carrier is a supplementary uplink carrier.
