    Abstract: The present application provides an array substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first conductive layer, disposed on the base substrate, including conductive pad groups, each of the conductive pad group includes at least one conductive pad; a second conductive layer, disposed on the first conductive layer facing away from the base substrate, an orthographic projection of at least a partial area of each of the conductive pads in the conductive pad groups on the base substrate does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the second conductive layer on the base substrate; a thickness of the first conductive layer in a direction perpendicular to a plane where the base substrate is located is greater than or equal to a thickness of the second conductive layer in the direction perpendicular to the plane where the base substrate is located.

    Abstract: A method for driving a display panel and a display device are provided. The driving method includes supplying, during a data writing stage of each row of pixel circuits, a driving voltage VA[i] to the data line corresponding to each of the pixel circuits in a row, and supplying a compensation voltage VS to the second node of each of the pixel circuits in the row, and VA[i]=Vdata[i]+Vth[i]+VS, where Vdata[i] is an original data voltage of an ith pixel circuit of the pixel circuits, i is a positive integer, Vth[i] is a threshold voltage of the driving transistor of the ith pixel circuit, and a range from which a value of the compensation voltage VS is selected is [−Vth_min, 0), and Vth_min is a minimum value among all of the threshold voltages of the driving transistors of the pixel circuits of the display panel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pixel circuit compensation method and device, and a display device. The method includes: when the display panel is in a preset display state, sensing a preset mobility compensation value corresponding to a driving transistor in the pixel circuit; according to the preset mobility compensation value, adjusting an initial mobility compensation value corresponding to the driving transistor to a target mobility compensation value, wherein a difference between the target mobility compensation value and the preset mobility compensation value is less than a threshold; based on the target mobility compensation value, when the display panel is in a non-display state, compensating a mobility of the driving transistor in a preset compensation manner.

    Abstract: A drive backboard includes: a first conductive layer including bonding pins and first connecting lines, an insulating layer including first via holes and second via holes, a second conductive layer including connecting electrodes and second connecting lines and a conductive protective layer including first protective structures and second protective structures. The first via hole exposes the bonding pin, one end of a first connecting line electrically connects a bonding pin, and the other end reaches the second via hole. One end of a second connecting line electrically connects a connecting electrode, and the other end electrically connects the first connecting line through the second via hole. The first protective structure covers the bonding pin, and the second protective structure covers the second connecting line formed at the position of the second via hole. The pattern of the conductive protective layer is complementary to the pattern of the insulating layer.

    Abstract: A display panel includes: a base substrate; and a plurality of pixels on the base substrate, the plurality of pixels including a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel includes a first light-transmitting area and a first display area sequentially arranged in a first direction, and the second pixel includes a second light-transmitting area and a second display area sequentially arranged in the first direction. The first pixel and the second pixel are adjacent in a second direction, and the first light-transmitting area and the second light-transmitting area are adjacent in the second direction. The display panel further includes: a first gate line and a second gate line both arranged between the first light-transmitting area and the second light-transmitting area. The first light-transmitting area is contiguous to the first gate line, and the second light-transmitting area is contiguous to the second gate line.
