Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing mechanisms for reducing interferences for Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) by, for example, one or more of frequency domain interference randomization, code domain interference randomization, or power control. For example, a user equipment (UE) can be configured to determine a comb offset and/or a cyclic shift for each Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) transmission occasion for the UE. The comb offset and/or the cyclic shift change between different SRS transmission occasions of the UE. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to received phase tracking-reference signals (PT-RS). The UE receives configuration information associated with inserting phase tracking-reference signals (PT-RS) into a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) signal, generates a first signal that is to be transmitted over the PUCCH and is configured to include one or more PT-RS and transmits the first signal over the PUCCH. The UE may also generate a second signal that is to be transmitted over the PUSCH and is configured to include one or more PT-RS, wherein the configuration information further comprises configuration information associated with inserting PT-RS into a physical uplink control (PUSCH) signal and transmit the second signal over the PUSCH, wherein the PUCCH and PUSCH transmissions are performed simultaneously over different component carriers (CCs).

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to acknowledgement signaling sent by a user equipment (UE) in response to downlink control information (DCI) received from a base station that schedules the use of multiple physical uplink control channels (multi-PUSCH) or multiple physical downlink control channels (multi-PDSCH). Acknowledgement signaling may inform the base station that DCI scheduling the multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH was received (or not), so that the base station may reclaim those scheduled resources in the case that the UE remains unaware of them. Methods for performing this signaling include, e.g., the use of HARQ-ACK codebooks (whether in a semi-static or dynamic manner), and aperiodic sounding reference signals (A-SRS). Embodiments involving such DCI received across multiple component carriers of different serving cells of the UE are contemplated. Acknowledgment signaling according to multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH subgroups, monitoring windows, acknowledgment signaling enablement/disablement, and the use of DCI to trigger acknowledgment signaling are also discussed.

Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for a user equipment (UE) to receive physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions of a transport block (TB) over multiple slots. The UE can receive a configuration for a PDSCH transmission of a TB over multiple slots (TBoMS), such as a first number of slots, through a downlink from a base station. The configuration can include an indication of the first number of slots. The UE can further determine a transport block size (TBS) for the PDSCH transmission, and allocate a second number of slots used by the UE to support the PDSCH transmission. Based on the TBS for the PDSCH transmission satisfying a condition, the processor can be configured to receive the PDSCH transmission of the TB over the second number of slots, and decode the PDSCH transmission received.

Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for simultaneous multiple secondary cell (SCell) fast activation in a wireless communications system. Abstract: An approach is described for a dynamic off period of a base station within a wireless communication environment and a process for notifying a UE of the same. In a first scenario, the DCI message is modified with newly-defined values indicative of the different power saving states (i.e., “dynamic off states”) of the base station. These power saving states may defined as suspending one or both of downlink transmission and uplink reception. In another scenario, a new notification message is defined. In either case, the notification signal may also include cell and/or beam specific parameters as well as an application delay that defines a start time of the dynamic off period.
