    Abstract: Electronic devices are often equipped with a camera for capturing video content and/or a display for displaying video content. However, amateur users often capture video content without regard to composition, framing, or camera movement, resulting in video content that can be jarring or confusing to viewers. There is a need to automate the processing and presentation of video content in an aesthetically pleasing manner. The embodiments described herein provide a method of automatically cropping video content for presentation on a display.

    Abstract: An electronic device provides, to a display, data to present a first video information user interface that includes descriptive information about a first video. The electronic device provides, to an audio system, sound information to provide a first sound output which corresponds to the first video. In response to receiving an input that corresponds to a request to playback the first video, data is provided to the display to replace presentation of the first video information user interface with playback of the first video. In response receiving an input that corresponds to a request to display a second video information user interface about the first video, data is provided to the display to replace the playback of the first video with the second video information user interface about the first video, and sound information is provided to the audio system to provide a second sound output.

    Abstract: An electronic device with a display, touch-sensitive surface and one or more sensors to detect intensity of contacts with the touch-sensitive surface displays a virtual keyboard, and outputs characters corresponding to respective keys in the virtual keyboard when character-output criteria are met. While displaying an autocorrect user interface for changing a string of characters to a modified string of characters, the device detects an autocorrect input that includes an increase in intensity of a contact above a first intensity threshold while a focus selector is over a respective user interface element in the autocorrect user interface, and then either changes the string of characters to the modified string of characters, or maintains the string or characters, depending on whether the contact has an intensity that meets first predefined criteria with respect to the first intensity threshold and a second intensity threshold that is higher than the first intensity threshold.

    Abstract: An electronic device with a touch-sensitive surface, a display, and one or more sensors to detect intensity of contacts displaying a lower-level user interface that is part of a user interface hierarchy, where the hierarchy includes at least three levels, including the lower-level user interface, an intermediate-level user interface and a higher-level user interface. The device also, while displaying the lower-level user interface, detects an input on a portion of the device that is associated with user interface hierarchy navigation and, in response to detecting the input, in accordance with a determination that the input meets first transition criteria, the device replaces display of the lower-level user interface with display of the intermediate-level user interface and in accordance with a determination that the input meets second transition criteria, the device replaces display of the lower-level user interface with display of the higher-level user interface.
