    摘要: An object of the present invention is to secure safe driving of electric vehicles by enabling torque control regardless of sensor disorder. In the present invention, the mode of current sensor disorder is detected by a sensor disorder detection means. If it is found as a result that only 1 out of 3 current sensors is failing, the current of the failing current sensor is estimated by 2 normal current sensors and the torque control of the motor is continued by the ordinary torque control system. If 2 or more current sensors are found to be failing, a torque control system based on an AC current reference operation means is formed to control the motor torque based on the AC current reference. If a sensor failure detection means determines that only 1 phase is failing in the speed sensor, the motor torque is controlled by using the remaining 1 phase to detect the rotating angular speed of the motor. If all speed sensors are failing but the current sensors are normal, the motor torque is controlled by estimating the motor torque from the 3 phase AC current. If both the current sensors and the speed sensors are found to be failing, the motor torque is controlled based on the estimated torque control and rotating angular speed to continue the driving that is needed to avoid dangerous situations.

    摘要: A control apparatus of a motor drive vehicle includes a unit for generating a target vehicle speed; a speed instruction unit for generating a target motor rotational speed of the motor based upon a preset motor control pattern in response to the target vehicle speed; a power circuit for operating the motor at the target motor rotational speed upon receipt of the target motor rotational speed; a variable transmission unit for converting a drive output from the motor into a transmission ratio for instructing a rotational speed of the drive output, and transferring the converted transmission ratio to a drive shaft of the motor drive vehicle; and a transmission ratio calculating unit for determining the transmission gear ratio based on the target vehicle speed and the target motor rotational speed thereby to instruct the determined transmission gear ratio to the variable transmission unit. A control method sets a target vehicle speed value; produces a target motor rotational speed based upon the target vehicle speed value and a preset motor control pattern; operates the motor at the target motor rotational speed; determines a transmission gear ratio based upon both of the target vehicle speed and the target motor rotational speed; and converts a rotational speed of a drive output into the transmission ratio and transfers the converted transmission ratio to a drive shaft.

A rotor core of the motor has a permanent magnet rotor which is formed by a compression molding means, and which is formed of a compact formed by molding a powder material, the compact comprising a bond magnetic portion mainly composed of a binder and a magnetic powder, and a soft magnetic portion mainly composed of a binder and a soft magnetic powder, the bond magnetic portion having magnetic poles having at least one surface which is mechanically bonded to the soft magnetic portion, in order to solve the inherent problems.

    摘要: An armature core includes a core portion formed of a lamination of plural noncrystalline metallic foil bands and resin for bond-fixing the non-crystalline metallic foil bands, wherein the armature core is provided with at least two cut surfaces with respect to the lamination layers. Amorphous metal is used as the iron base of the non-crystalline metallic foil bands. The cut surfaces are perpendicular to the lamination-layers of the non-crystalline foil bands. For the amorphous core, a resin mold is formed. The contact portions between winding wires and amorphous are provided with edge roundness. Further, an axial gap motor using cut cores of amorphous lamination as stator cores is provided. Still further, the stator includes: a plurality of stator cores in a bar shape, the stator cores being disposed along circumferential direction, wherein the axial line of the rotor shaft is the central axis of the circumferential direction, and wherein an axial direction of the stator cores is along the axial line direction AX of the rotor shaft; a stator core holding member in a disc form, the stator having a plurality of holes or recessions that are substantially in the same shape as a cross-sectional shape of the stator cores and are arranged along the circumferential direction, wherein the axial line of the rotor shaft is the central axis of the circumferential direction; and coils wound around the stator cores, and wherein the stator cores are inserted in the holes or recessions of the stator core holding member and held by fixing in vicinities of respective central portions thereof, the central portions being with respect to the axial direction thereof.

    摘要: To realize reduction in vibration and noise while utilizing reluctance torque, a rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor having permanent magnets disposed in a cylindrical surface coaxial with a rotary shaft; and a stator having an annular stator core disposed coaxially with the rotary shaft, and a annular coil for magnetizing the stator core. The stator core has an annular part covering the annular coil, claws disposed at equal intervals in an inner radius surface of the annular part and extending axially, and magnetic gaps formed between neighboring claws. The number of claws is equal to the number of permanent magnets, and magnet flux in a direction orthogonal to a center axis of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet at right angles in electric angle is larger than magnetic flux in the center axis direction generated between neighboring permanent magnets. Metal interpoles are provided between neighboring permanent magnets.
