摘要: An electric submersible pump (ESP) assembly. The ESP assembly comprises a pump intake defining a plurality of intake ports disposed circumferentially around the pump intake, a first plurality of centralizer wings disposed radially about the pump intake on a downhole side of the intake ports, a second plurality of centralizer wings disposed radially about the pump intake on an uphole side of the intake ports, and a self-orienting sleeve disposed around the intake ports, captured by the first and second plurality of centralizer wings, and free to hang down on upward facing intake ports when the ESP assembly is disposed in a horizontal or offset position.

摘要: Systems and methods for exchanging fracturing components of a hydraulic fracturing unit and may include an exchangeable fracturing component section to facilitate quickly exchanging a fracturing component of a hydraulic fracturing unit. The fracturing component section may include a section frame including a base, and a fracturing component connected to the base. The fracturing component section also may include a component electrical assembly and a component fluid assembly connected to the section frame. The fracturing component section further may include a coupling plate connected to the section frame. The fracturing component section also may include one or more of a plurality of quick-connect electrical couplers or a plurality of quick-connect fluid couplers connected to a coupling plate. The quick-connect electrical and fluid couplers may be positioned to receive respective electrical and fluid connections of the component electrical and fluid assemblies and connect to other portions of the hydraulic fracturing unit.

摘要: A dynamic power optimization system and method for electric submersible motors. A system to optimize operation of an electric submersible motor electrically coupled to a variable speed drive controlled by a computer performing dynamically in a loop the steps of obtaining measurement of a pump performance variable and motor current to establish a first data set, making a motor voltage adjustment of a first type including either an increase or a decrease, establishing a second data set after the adjustment, differencing the first data set with the second data set, and making a second adjustment to the motor voltage of the first adjustment type if the current drops and the pump performance variable is maintained within thresholds, or opposite the first adjustment type if the current rises and the pump performance variable is maintained, or if the current drops and the pump performance variable deviates outside the thresholds.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing artificial lift to wellbore fluids include a pump located within a wellbore. A motor is located uphole of the pump and a protector assembly is located between the pump and the motor. A downhole packer is located within the wellbore downhole of the pump. A sand diverter is located downhole of the pump and has a flow port assembly located uphole of the downhole packer, the sand diverter having a diverter inner bore in fluid communication with the wellbore downhole of the downhole packer. The flow port assembly has an inner sleeve that is moveable between an open position where an inner sleeve port assembly is aligned with an outer sleeve port assembly of an outer sleeve, and a closed position where the inner sleeve port assembly is unaligned with the outer sleeve port assembly.

摘要: An invention relates to a field of oil production, in particular, to installations with displacement pumps driven by submersible linear electric motors, and can be used for production of stratum fluids from a marginal well stock from great depths. The described technical solution implementation ensures unification of a design with simultaneous increase in a manufacturing processability by means of involving of easily removable interoperable modules for its manufacture. Also a described embodiment contributes to decrease in a pump unit dimensions. According to the described embodiment of the invention a telemetry system performance provides an increase in a level of protection from a high-voltage interference with implementation of a hardware-software mode of a surface control unit for checking an insulation. Providing that an arrangement of the described design ensures a reduction in dynamic loads on elements of an electrical motor design and contributes to increase in its operating resource.
