    摘要: The present invention discloses a connection terminal and a terminal assembly. The connection terminal comprises a first connecting portion. The first connecting portion includes a corrugation. A corrugation extending direction of the corrugation is not perpendicular to an insertion direction of the first connecting portion of the connection terminal. The terminal assembly includes a mating electrically-connecting member and further includes the connection terminal. The mating electrically-connecting member has a mating end for receiving the first connecting portion of the connection terminal. According to the connection terminal and the terminal assembly of the present invention, material costs are reduced by disposing the corrugation on the connection terminal, and the advantages that a connection is firm and an operation is easy are achieved.

    摘要: A multiple cable disconnect includes a housing having a separable mating end and a wire terminating end configured to receive wires of power cables. The housing has a plurality of terminal chambers with terminals therein. The terminals each have a base, a mating contact extending from the base and a wire contact extending from the base. The mating contact has a mating pad defining a separable mating interface for the terminal for mating with a corresponding mating terminal of the mating connector. The wire contact has plural wire interfaces for mating with plural wires such that plural wires are configured to be terminated to and commoned with each terminal. Wire retention springs are received in the housing each having at least one spring arm defining a wire trap with the corresponding wire contact. The spring arms are releasable to release the wires from the housing.

    摘要: A multiple cable disconnect includes a housing having a separable mating end and a wire terminating end configured to receive wires of power cables. The housing has a plurality of terminal chambers with terminals therein. The terminals each have a base, a mating contact extending from the base and a wire contact extending from the base. The mating contact has a mating pad defining a separable mating interface for the terminal for mating with a corresponding mating terminal of the mating connector. The wire contact has plural wire interfaces for mating with plural wires such that plural wires are configured to be terminated to and commoned with each terminal. Wire retention springs are received in the housing each having at least one spring arm defining a wire trap with the corresponding wire contact.     摘要: A cable holding member includes a stopper member and a housing. The stopper member has an attachment surface for supporting a flat cable in a folded state. The housing has a mounting surface which is provided at an opening edge of a housing space for housing the stopper member-and on which the flat cable is to be placed, and recesses into which protrusions of the flat cable placed on the mounting surface are to be fitted. The flat cable is placed on the mounting surface, and then, the stopper member is inserted into the housing space of the housing. In this way, the stopper member is attached to the housing with the flat cable being supported on the attachment surface.

    摘要: To minimize the assembly effort of a plug-in connector the plug-in connector has multiple parts in the form of assembled individual parts. The shielding device has first guide in operative connection with a second guide of the contact support, so that the contact support can be inserted into the insulating body or can be attached thereto by a pivoting movement of the shielding device. After manually inserting the contacts into the contact support, the shielding device can be pivoted via the insulating body with a single movement, as a result of which the contact support is inserted into the insulating body, whereby the contacts are finally fixed in the insulating body, the shielding device is latched onto the contact support and as a result the contact support can be fixed in or on the insulating body.

    摘要: A multi-contact terminal is provided integrally with an angular tube having a polygonal tube shape and a plurality of resilient contact pieces extending from side walls of the angular tube and to be resiliently brought into contact with an outer peripheral surface of a mating terminal in the form of a round bar inside the angular tube. According to this configuration, the angular tube functions as a cover for protecting the resilient contact pieces. In addition, since the resilient contact pieces and the angular tube are integrated, the number of components can be reduced. The resilient contact pieces are equal in length in a connecting direction to the mating terminal and arranged at positions different in the connecting direction to the mating terminal.
