Measurements may be either input by hand or downloaded from an electronic measurement tool into this device. This invention can generally store multiple measurements such as length and angles, measure the length of flex trim material as it is dispensed from the device, crease the material, apply predetermined amount of mastic, and automatically cut the flex trim material to each length previously input.

摘要： A wall siding corner cover apparatus having an elongated length is provided. A corner portion is formed from first and second sides connected together at proximal ends of each of the first and second sides, wherein the first side is positioned substantially perpendicular to the second side. A first ending portion is connected to a distal end of the first side and a second ending portion is connected to a distal end of the second side. A first rear leg is connected to the first ending portion and a second rear leg is connected to the second ending portion. Each of the first and second rear legs extends towards the proximal ends of each of the first and second sides, respectively. Each of the first and second rear legs terminates in a position between the proximal and distal ends of each of the first and second sides, respectively.

摘要： This prefabricated locking quoin block is used to construct the surface of buildings. The surface of the block has decorative portions resembling brick, stone, wood, or other construction materials. Preferably the surface of each block has both a raised and a recessed decorative portion, so as to form, when assembled, a quoin corner assembly resembling sawn or quarried stone blocks. Installers can attach the assemblies to conventional building structures and install cladding materials such as vinyl siding without needing to alter the blocks other than to adjust the base block for height. The block includes wedge locks to securely connect adjacent blocks matingly to each other. Installers thereby are able to assemble a secure stack of quoin corner blocks and attach it to a building with few additional steps, saving time, labor, and cost in construction.
