摘要： [Problems to be Solved] The object is to form incisions with improved uniform depth and shape in a coating film formed on an object having a curved surface with a plurality of curvatures or a free-form curved surface.[Means to Solve the Problems] A cutting tool 100 having a plurality of blades, includes: a plurality of shaft parts 31 and 32 having blades 50 at respective one ends and projections 33 and 34 at other positions; a shaft-receiving part 40 having cylindrical parts 41 and 42 fitting to portions of the shaft parts 31 and 32; a guide part 20 having receiving parts 21 for the projections 33 and 34 extending in one direction; and stretchable elastic bodies 60 positioned between the blades 50 and the shaft-receiving part 40, wherein the projections 33 and 34 are movably fitted to the respective receiving parts 21. An excessive force coming from a coating surface is dispersed by stretches of the elastic bodies 60, and the projections 33 and 34 are moved within the respective receiving parts 21 such as slits, thus restricting lateral displacement of the blades.

摘要： A tool for incising a cylindrical shaped meat product with superficial spiral cuts includes a tubular shaped base which is formed with a lumen and which has an inner surface and an outer surface. A plurality of cutting blades are mounted on the base to protrude inwardly from the inner surface. Further, the blades are inclined at an angle .alpha. relative to the longitudinal axis of the tool. A grip can be formed on the outer surface of the tool. In its operation, the meat product, such as a hot dog, is inserted into the lumen of the tool, and rotated while it is being advanced through the lumen. The result is a pattern of spiral incisions which are cut into the meat product and which extend along the length of the product.

摘要： A device for making food items from puff pastry includes an external, peripheral cutting blade having a structure like that of ordinary cookie cutters so that the shape of the external blade determines the shape of a section of dough that is separated from a larger section of dough in the well-known way. A pair of internal blades are spaced inwardly of the external blade, and are mounted to the external blade by a plurality of spacers. The internal blades are spaced from one another to define a pair of uncut gaps in the dough that is cut by them. In a second embodiment, a continuous internal blade is connected to the external blade by spacers, but is recessed with respect to the external blade so that it cuts through a top layer only of a puff pastry made from two layers of dough.

摘要： A device for cutting, for example, mushrooms, and, especially, champignons, including two pincer arms articulated together at rear ends thereof, with the cutting device being adapted to be held in one hand of the user, and with the arm being compressible against a return spring. One pincer arm includes a cutting grid at a forward end thereof, with the cutting grid being aligned with the receiving depression for receiving the mushroom and disposed on the other pincer arm. The receiving depression includes a round trough shape which is constructed to receive a mushroom such as a champignon on a cap side thereof. The cutting grid includes sharpened stainless steel blades and both of the pincer arms include handle projections extending forwardly beyond the cutting grid and receiving depression, by which the pincer arms are grippable and compressible by the other hand of the user of the cutting device.

The adjustment mechanism can horizontally displace the specimen holder through a cutting thickness adjustment distance towards the cutting knife. A specimen retraction mechanism serves to displace horizontally the specimen holder from an unretracted position to a retracted position, the retracted position being further from the cutting knife than the unretracted position. The distance between the retracted position and the unretracted position is greater than the maximum cutting thickness adjustment distance.
