Abstract: A combination exercise assembly for performing aerobic and strength training exercises includes a base, which can be positioned on a substantially horizontal surface. A stationary bicycle is engaged to the base so that a user positioned on a seat of the stationary bicycle faces a first end of the base. A lat pulldown machine engaged to the base proximate to a second end of the base is positioned for engagement by the user positioned on the seat of the stationary bicycle. The stationary bicycle is pedaled to perform aerobic exercise and the lat pulldown machine resists a pulldown motion to perform strength training exercises.
