    摘要: A motor bearing heat dissipation structure includes a metal base, a heat conducting element connected to the metal base and including a wall portion and an extended portion, and a plastic bearing cup located around an outer side of the wall portion of the heat conducting element and fixed to the metal base. The plastic bearing cup internally defines a bearing receiving hole. The extended portion is horizontally extended from an upper end of the wall portion toward a center of the plastic bearing cup. A bearing is received in the bearing receiving hole and seated on the extended portion, so that heat produced by the bearing when it rotates along with a rotary shaft of a motor is transferred from the extended portion of the heat conducting element to the metal base for dissipation. A fan using such motor bearing heat dissipation structure is also disclosed.

The rotor includes a fan wheel, a ring-shaped casing and a magnetic member, wherein the ring-shaped casing is disposed in the fan wheel and the magnetic member is disposed in the ring-shaped casing. The fan wheel has an axle inserted into the bearing such that the winding structure is located within the magnetic member. At least one protruding portion protrudes from one side of the ring-shaped casing inwardly and is extended below the winding structure so as to hold the magnetic member and interfere with the winding structure.

    摘要: A fan blade system with multiple spaced layers of blades and a centrifugal fan using same are disclosed. The centrifugal fan includes a housing, in which the fan blade system is mounted. The fan blade system includes a hub, and a first and a second blade group outward extended from a circumferential wall of the hub to axially space from each other. The housing includes a main housing portion and a secondary housing portion integrally formed on one side of the main housing portion. When the fan blade system is mounted in the housing, the two blade groups are separately located in the main housing portion and the secondary housing portion to produce higher airflow pressure and more air volume. With these arrangements, the centrifugal fan can have upgraded performance and be manufactured with reduced labor, time and material costs.

    摘要: An impeller and at least a portion of a cooperating peripheral volute may be integrated are integrally injection molded with, concentric outer rotor and inner stator assemblies, respectively, to achieve a low profile precision impeller mechanism based on an improved brushless D.C. motor with low length to diameter ratio and suitable for use in a variety of other applications. A rotating cap has an inner circumference which is molded about an outer ferromagnetic back ring that in turn supports a rotor magnet having a number of poles of alternating polarity and separated by a relatively small cylindrical air gap from a fixed stator assembly. The fixed stator assembly is integrally molded into a base housing having a bearing support that extends upwardly through the center of the stator assembly and that is rotatably coupled to a rotating shaft that extends downwardly from the center of the rotating cap.

    摘要: An electronic device having a first motor which rotates a rotating body (for example, blades) about a rotation axis and a second motor which vibrates a vibrator including the rotating body in the axial direction is provided. A control IC unit has a first circuit which subjects the rotation to control drive by a first waveform, and a second circuit which subjects the vibration to control drive by a second waveform. Rotation and vibration of a rotating and vibrating unit driven by the first and second motors generates an airflow and output sound by a synthesized output of a first output corresponding to the rotation and a second output corresponding to the vibration. The control IC unit generates a second waveform by using a reversed-phase waveform with respect to the first waveform or the like and suppresses the output sound by control of the first and second waveforms.
