    Abstract: Disclosed is a grinding roller for waste tires and a multifunctional crusher having the grinding roller. The grinding roller comprises a roll shaft and a plurality of grinding components. The grinding components each comprise a grinding frame and grinding blocks mounted in grooves of the grinding frame. Each grinding block has a grinding surface that protrudes with respect to the grooves. Axial interval adjusting rings are disposed on the ring shaft for separating the grinding components at a predetermined distance to cut waste tires into blocks. The crusher comprises a box for housing the grinding roller. The box is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet. Axial blockers are mounted on the crusher to help grind waste tires into fine powder.

    Abstract: A roller mill for crushing brittle material has two grinding rollers forming a grinding gap, and provides a delivery chute for feeding the material to the grinding gap. In the delivery chute at least one distributor device is arranged above a middle region of the grinding gap and extends above the grinding gap transversely to the longitudinal extent of the grinding gap and covers from 5 to 70% of the cross-section of the delivery chute. The material is delivered to the delivery chute and is crushed in the grinding gap, wherein the material is introduced into the delivery chute or is deflected in the delivery chute in such a manner that, based on the longitudinal extent of the grinding gap, coarser material accumulates in a middle region of the grinding gap than in the edge regions.

    Abstract: A scalper apparatus configured to divide a flow of material between filtered and unfiltered streams. The scalper apparatus may include a housing with an upper opening, a primary lower opening for outputting the filtered stream, and a secondary lower opening for outputting the unfiltered stream. The scalper apparatus may include a grate extending across the interior of the housing such that any material leaving the interior through the primary lower opening must pass through the grate while any material unable to pass through the grate is caused to move through the secondary lower opening. The scalper assembly may include a brush assembly with at least one brush movable across the grate, and a carrier assembly configured to carry the at least one brush across substantially an entire top of the grate.

    Abstract: An improved two roll sugarcane crushing mill with a semi closed frame having a plurality of improved two roll mill modules in tandem. Each improved two roll mill modules has a bottom roll and top roll, the bottom roll being rotatingly mounted in a pair of main frames at the two ends and the top roll is rotatingly mounted in a pair of top beams. One end of each of the top beams being pivotedly attached near the upper end of the main frame towards feed side for swinging the top beams along with the top roll. A hydraulic loader is provided which is pivotally attached between the end of the top beam and the base of the main frame.
