    Abstract: This application discloses a Gap conflict processing method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network side device. The method of the embodiments of this application includes: determining, by a terminal, a first Gap according to priorities or sharing factors of at least two Gaps which conflict with each other; using, by the terminal, the first Gap; and ignoring, by the terminal, a first time period, which conflicts with the first Gap, in a second Gap, where the second Gap is a Gap which conflicts with the first Gap; and in a case that at least two Gaps partially overlap, or at least two Gaps fully overlap, or a time distance between at least two Gaps is less than a preset threshold, it is determined that the at least two Gaps conflict with each other.
