Abstract: A method for PUSCH repetition or PRACH aggregation. In some embodiments, the method includes transmitting, by a User Equipment (UE), in a first slot, a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission including a set of coded bits selected from a circular buffer of the UE based on a first redundancy version (RV); determining, by the UE, that a second slot is available for an earliest repetition of the first PUSCH transmission, the second slot being later than the slot immediately following the first slot; determining, by the UE, based on the second slot, a second redundancy version; and transmitting, by the UE, in the second slot, a second PUSCH transmission including a set of coded bits selected from the circular buffer of the UE based on the second redundancy version, the second PUSCH transmission being a repetition of the first PUSCH transmission.

Abstract: A method and a user equipment (UE) are provided for resource allocation. The UE receives repeated physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) from a network. Each of the repeated PDCCHs includes downlink control information (DCI) that schedules reception of a same physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) at the UE. The UE determines resources for at least one of transmission and reception at the UE, from a PDCCH having a latest start symbol or a latest ending symbol among the repeated PDCCHs. The repeated PDCCHs are received in accordance with the UE and the network communicating using a multi-transmission reception point (TRP) repetition scheme or a multi-TRP multi-chance scheme.

Abstract: A system and method for positioning for line-of-sight and non-line-of sight environments. In some embodiments, the method includes: receiving, by a User Equipment (UE), from a first Transmission and Reception Point (TRP) of a network, a Positioning Reference Signal (PRS); and sending, by the UE, a response to the network. The sending may include sending an indicator, the indicator indicating whether the UE has performed a measurement based on the Positioning Reference Signal, received via a line-of-sight path; or the sending may include identifying a first detected path and sending a plurality of measurements to the network, the plurality of measurements including, for each of a first plurality of paths, the arrival time difference relative to the arrival time of the first detected path, the first plurality of paths not including the first detected path, and the first plurality of paths including two paths.

Abstract: A device may include a transceiver configured to access a communication network including a primary cell and a secondary cell, and a device controller configured to receive, on the secondary cell, scheduling information for the primary cell, and monitor a common search space for the primary cell. The device controller may be configured to selectively monitor the common search space for broadcast information. The device controller may be configured to selectively monitor the common search space based on a type of the common search space on the primary cell. A method may include scheduling, by a first scheduling mechanism, a primary cell, wherein the first scheduling mechanism comprises scheduling the primary cell by a secondary cell, scheduling, by a second scheduling mechanism, the primary cell, and deactivating the secondary cell based on switching from the first scheduling mechanism to the second scheduling mechanism. The second scheduling mechanism may include self-scheduling.

Abstract: Various aspects include a method for preserving a msg3 transmission. The method may include receiving, by a UE device, from a base station, a CI that overlaps with the msg3 transmission. Responsive to receiving the CI, the msg3 transmission is not canceled. Another method disclosed herein includes continuing an RA procedure. The method may include encoding a first part of the msgB. The method may include encoding a second part of the msgB. The method may include attempting to decode, by the UE device, the first part of the msgB. The method may include attempting to decode, by the UE device, the second part of the msgB. Based on successfully decoding of the first part of the msgB, and unsuccessfully decoding of the second part of the msgB, the method may include continuing the RA procedure.
