    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for securing communications in a wireless communications system. A base station may determine a value that one or more user equipments (UEs) are to use for deriving a secret key for use in securing communications. A UE may use a security key generation procedure to determine the value and derive the key. According to the security key generation procedure, the UE may transmit a sounding reference signal using a first antenna of a plurality of antennas configured at the UE. The UE may then select and use the first antenna for receiving a downlink reference signal in accordance with the security key generation procedure. The UE may derive a security key using a value associated with the downlink reference signal and communicate with the base station via communications that are secured using the derived security key.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform measurements on one or more synchronization signals using a low power wake-up radio (WUR) of the UE. For example, the UE may receive first control information associated with a low power synchronization signal. In some examples, the first control information may include a periodicity of the low power synchronization signal and an indication of which measurements to perform on the low power synchronization signals. Based on the first control information, the UE may monitor, using the low power WUR, a resource occasion for the low power synchronization signal. Based on monitoring and receiving the low power synchronization signals, the UE may perform, using the low power WUR, the measurements of the low power synchronization signal. The UE may transmit a report including the measurements of the low power synchronization signal based on performing the measurements.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for channel state information (CSI) priority and multiplexing for aperiodic CSI reporting between a user equipment (UE) and a base station. The UE may receive a CSI report configuration that configures the UE to transmit a first CSI report associated with a first CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) implicitly triggered by a downlink control signal, a second CSI report associated with a second CSI-RS, or a third CSI report associated with a downlink data signal. The UE may determine that the first CSI report is scheduled to transmit on a same uplink resource as the second CSI report or the third CSI report. The UE may transmit a plurality of the first CSI report, the second CSI report or the third CSI report multiplexed on the same uplink resource based on a report prioritization.
