    Abstract: A user apparatus in a radio communication system including a base station and the user apparatus includes: a receiver unit configured to receive, from the base station, first designation information for designating a resource group including a plurality of resources each including a bandwidth of a predetermined number of resource blocks and second designation information for designating allocation resources in the resource group; and a communication unit configured to perform data communication using the allocation resources designated by the second designation information in the resource group designated by the first designation information.

    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed that includes a receiver that receives downlink control information that is used for scheduling of a downlink shared channel, via a downlink control channel in a control resource set. The apparatus also includes a processor that determines a starting location in a time domain of the downlink shared channel based on the downlink control information. The apparatus further includes an output device that performs output based on downlink data signal in the downlink shared channel. When the downlink shared channel overlaps with the control resource set, a resource to which the downlink control information is mapped is not available for the downlink shared channel and wherein a field value in the downlink control information indicates an index for designating one of a plurality of starting locations that are provided in advance. In another aspect, a system is also disclosed.

A resource determination method performed by the base station according to embodiments of the present invention includes: determining a resource configuration used for uplink transmission for each mobile station group in a plurality of mobile station groups corresponding to the base station; determining a resource offset set used for the plurality of mobile station groups, wherein the resource offset set includes a plurality of resource candidate offsets such that a mobile station connected to the base station determines uplink transmission resources for the mobile station according to the resource configuration of the mobile station group to which the mobile station belongs and resource candidate offsets in the resource offset set.
