Abstract: A signal transmission method, a related device, and a system are provided. The method includes: A terminal receives configuration information, where the configuration information indicates N sets of power control parameters configured for M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where M≥1, M is a positive integer, N>1, and N is a positive integer; and the terminal transmits an uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where transmission power for transmitting the uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets is determined based on a first power control parameter, and the first power control parameter is selected from the N sets of power control parameters. According to the foregoing solution, uplink transmission power can be more flexibly adjusted, and power efficiency in uplink transmission and uplink transmission performance can be maximized.

Abstract: This application provides a sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus. A sequence used for sending a signal on a PUSCH is determined. The sequence is a sequence {xn} including N elements, xn is an element in the sequence {xn}, and the determined sequence {xn} is a sequence satisfying a preset condition. Then, a first signal is generated and sent. By using the determined sequence, when a signal is sent on the PUSCH, relatively good sequence frequency domain flatness can be maintained, and a relatively low PAPR value and a relatively low cross-correlation between sequences can be maintained, thereby satisfying a communications application environment in which a signal is sent on the PUSCH, especially an NR system scenario or an NR similar scenario.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to signaling transmission methods. In one example method, a base station receives an uplink reference signal sent by user equipment (UE). The base station determines a quantity of antenna ports, where the quantity of antenna ports is a quantity of antenna ports used by the UE to send the uplink reference signal. The base station determines frequency domain resource information based on the quantity of antenna ports, where the frequency domain resource information indicates at least one of a quantity of sub-bands or a sub-band bandwidth. The base station determines a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) of each sub-band based on the frequency domain resource information. The base station sends the PMI of the sub-band to the UE.

Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method, including: mapping a first sequence into a first subcarrier group, and mapping a second sequence into a second subcarrier group. The subcarriers in each of the first subcarrier group and the second subcarrier group are evenly distributed subcarriers. The first sequence is a Fourier transform sequence of a third sequence. The second sequence is a Fourier transform sequence of a fourth sequence. The elements at a same location in the third sequence and the fourth sequence are not both non-zero elements.
