Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a processing module selects one or more normal carriers or special carriers from a first carrier set for an uplink subframe, where the first carrier set includes all carriers in carrier aggregation that are used by the terminal device to send a first uplink subframe; and a sending module cancels sending of the uplink subframe on one or more carriers, where the special carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink, and the normal carrier is a carrier that is used by the terminal device to send uplink data and/or uplink control information. An uplink subframe on some carriers is rejected, thereby resolving a problem that information such as a downlink channel characteristic of a carrier cannot be obtained when no uplink reference signal is sent on the carrier.

Abstract: In a method for receiving downlink control information, a terminal device sends first data to a network device in a first time unit, where the first data is uplink transmission without uplink grant signaling. The terminal device further receives downlink control information in a second time unit, where the downlink control information includes resource allocation information and a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI). The terminal device determines, based on the first RNTI, that the downlink control information is for the uplink transmission without uplink grant signaling; and retransmits a part or all of the first data on a resource corresponding to the resource allocation information, or sends second data on a resource corresponding to the resource allocation information, where the second data and the first data are data of a same HARQ process.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for a transmission of uplink control information (UCI), such as hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information. Abstract: The present invention discloses a downlink control information sending method and device, and a downlink control information receiving method and device. The sending method includes: sending, by a base station device, downlink control information DCI on a physical downlink control channel PDCCH of a downlink subframe, where the DCI is used to instruct user equipment UE to receive physical downlink shared channel PDSCH information in an uplink subframe; and sending the PDSCH information in the uplink subframe. In this way, the base station can effectively schedule an uplink subframe, and a purpose of transmitting a downlink service by using an uplink subframe is achieved, which not only improves utilization of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to the uplink subframe, but also effectively diverts load pressure of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to a downlink subframe. Therefore, overall utilization of wireless spectrum resources of a system is improved.

Abstract: A DCI sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe. Therefore, when data needs to be transmitted in any time unit, the data can be transmitted immediately.
