Abstract: To construct a display substrate, a first metal connection part is formed on a first surface of a base substrate, extending to a first surface edge region, and a second metal connection part is formed on a second surface of the base substrate opposite to the first surface, extending to a second surface edge region. A flexible film formed on the first surface is patterned to expose a portion of the first surface edge region, aligned with the first metal connection part. A portion of the base substrate covered by the first surface edge region is removed. A portion of the flexible film in the first surface edge region is bent to cover at least a portion of a sidewall of the base substrate. A sidewall metal connection part is formed to electrically connect the first and second metal connection parts, and the flexible film is removed.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pixel structure, including a reflective layer, a reflective electrode, a flexible electrode and a bottom electrode sequentially disposed along a direction of incident light. An optical resonant cavity is formed between the reflective layer and the reflective electrode, the reflective layer and the flexible electrode are connected to each other; and a first voltage is loaded between the reflective electrode and the flexible electrode, and a second voltage is loaded between the flexible electrode and the bottom electrode; depending on at least one of changes of the first voltage and the second voltage, the flexible electrode deforms along the direction of incident light, and drives the reflective layer to move along the direction of incident light. The present disclosure also discloses a display substrate and a control method thereof and a display device.

Abstract: A chip encapsulating method includes: fixing a plurality of wafers to a first panel level substrate, the wafer including a plurality of chips; forming a re-distribution layer on the wafer for each of the chips; forming each individual chip and the re-distribution layer connected to the chip by cutting; fixing the chip and the re-distribution layer connected thereto to a second panel level substrate; and encapsulating the chip to form an encapsulating layer. A chip encapsulating structure is prepared by the above described chip encapsulating method.

Abstract: A display panel and a method of manufacturing the same, a display device and a wearable intelligent device are disclosed. The display panel includes: a substrate; a display unit arranged on the substrate; a monitoring light emitting unit formed on a side of the substrate away from the display unit, for emitting monitoring light toward an object in a direction facing away from the display unit; and a light receiving unit formed on the side of the substrate away from the display unit, for receiving reflected monitoring light from the object and generating monitoring data of the object based to the reflected monitoring light. With technique solutions of the invention, devices for monitoring a user's body conditions can be integrated on the back of the substrate, that is, be integrated with the substrate, such that the display panel has a more compact structure and a more aesthetic appearance.
