    Abstract: A method includes receiving a text embedding generation query from a user requesting generation of a text embedding for one or more data elements stored at a data warehouse. In response, the method includes selecting, using the text embedding generation query, a text embedding model from a plurality of different text embedding models. The method includes generating, using the selected text embedding model, the text embedding for the one or more data elements and storing the text embeddings at the data warehouse. The method includes receiving a machine learning model training query from the user device requesting training of a machine learning model using the text embeddings. In response to receiving the machine learning model training query, the method includes training the machine learning model using the text embeddings. The method includes providing, to the user device, a notification indicating that training of the machine learning model is complete.

    Abstract: A display configuration to facilitate imaging through the display is disclosed. The imaging can be achieved by positioning a camera behind a transmit/receive area (120,122) of a display. The transmit/receive area is configured to reduce the interaction between the light propagating through the display and circuit elements of the display. The configuration of the transmit/receive area can be characterized by reduced pixel density, rearranged circuit elements (1242), and as light blocking layer (1222, 1260) to prevent light from diffracting from gaps formed by circuit elements (1242).

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for storing incomplete dialog sessions between a user and an automated assistant in order that the dialog sessions can be completed in furtherance of certain actions. While interacting with an automated assistant, a user can become distracted and not complete the interaction to the point of the automated assistant performing some action. In response, the automated assistant can store the interaction as a dialog session. Subsequently, the user may express interest, directly or indirectly, in completing the dialog session, and the automated assistant can provide the user with a selectable element that, when selected, causes the dialog session to be reopened. The user can then continue the dialog session with the automated assistant in order that the originally intended action can be performed by the automated assistant.

    Abstract: The subject matter described in this disclosure can be embodied in methods and systems for stabilizing video. A computing system determines a stabilized location of a facial feature in a frame of video accounting for its location in a previous frame. The computing system determines a physical camera pose in virtual space and maps the frame into virtual space. The computing system determines an optimized virtual camera pose using an optimization process that determines (1) a difference between the stabilized location of the facial feature and a location of the facial feature when viewed from a potential virtual camera pose, (2) a difference between the potential virtual camera pose and a previous virtual camera pose, and (3) a difference between the potential virtual camera pose and the physical camera pose. The computing system generates the stabilized view of the frame using the optimized virtual camera pose.

    Abstract: Persistent storage contains a representation of a neural network including an input layer, and output layer, and a hidden layer, wherein nodes of the hidden layer incorporate serialized activation functions, wherein the serialized activation functions for each of the nodes include a sigmoid function and a Beta function, wherein the sigmoid function is applied to weighted outputs from nodes of a previous layer of the neural network, wherein the Beta function is applied to a conductance hyper-parameter and respective outputs of the sigmoid function, and wherein outputs of the Beta function are provided to a subsequent layer of the neural network. One or more processors are configured to train the neural network until the outputs of the sigmoid function for the nodes of the hidden layer are substantially binary.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a wireless charging receive coil configured to transduce, into an alternating current (AC) power signal, a magnetic field generated by a wireless charging transmit coil of an external device; an active rectifier configured to convert the AC signal received at an AC side of the active rectifier into a direct current (DC) power signal output at a DC side of the active rectifier, the active rectifier comprising a plurality of switches; a first modulation capacitor connected to an upper rail of the AC side; a second modulation capacitor connected to a lower rail of the AC side; and a controller configured to adjust an impedance of the computing device to communicate with the external device by at least controlling the plurality of switches to cause the first modulation capacitor and the second modulation capacitor to charge during separate time periods.
