摘要: Provided are an automatic analyzer and an optical measurement method for correcting a variation in the multiplication factor of a photoelectric element with high accuracy. The automatic analyzer comprises: a photoelectric element which generates electrons by light and outputs a current signal; a voltage application unit which applies a voltage to the photoelectric element; and a processing unit which corrects a variation in the multiplication factor of the photoelectric element, wherein the photoelectric element outputs a pulse signal as the current signal, and the processing unit corrects the variation in the multiplication factor on the basis of the pulse area of the pulse signal.

摘要: The embodiment of the present application relates to the field of substance ingredient detection, for example, relates to a substance ingredient detection method and apparatus, and a detection device. The method includes: obtaining spectral information of a substance to be detected; and matching the spectral information with a pre-obtained prediction model based on a machine learning algorithm to obtain the ingredients of the substance to be detected. In the embodiment of the present application, the spectral information of the substance to be detected is obtained, and then the spectral information is matched with the prediction model based on the machine learning algorithm to obtain the prediction result of the ingredients of the substance to be detected. In the embodiment of the present application, the machine learning algorithm is combined with spectral recognition, the traditional algorithm is abandoned, the recognition speed is improved, and the substance detection efficiency is greatly improved.

摘要: A screening test paper reading system includes a reading and light illumination unit which has a reading device and a light illumination device, a screening test paper having a reaction zone arranged thereon for reacting chemically with a number of specific specimens and change its color accordingly, an optical analyzing unit connected to the reading and light illumination unit, and analyzing spectrum signals of a screened line image received from a reaction zone on a screening test paper. Notably, the reading device reads spectrum signals of an reflected image from the screened line after illuminated in the reaction zone and then transmits the spectrum signals of the reflected image subsequently to the optical analyzing unit for computing and analyzing.

摘要: This invention is capable of improving performance of a biochemical analyzer and facilitating the maintenance. A light source includes: a first LED that emits ultraviolet light and a second LED that has a light emission spectrum different from that of the first LED, the first LED and the second LED being disposed in parallel; a reflection surface that is opposite to the first LED and reflects light of the first LED; and a dichroic surface that is opposite to the second LED, reflects light of the first LED, and allows light of the second LED to penetrate. When an optical member including the dichroic surface is made to be the dichroic prism, the reflection surface reflects light of the first LED to the second LED side, and by using light source of a configuration having a light shielding unit between a light emission surface of the second LED and a dichroic prism, entering of a light emitted from the plural LEDs as a one light beam (beam) to an optical system of latter stage of the biochemical analyzer is enabled.

The methods can include: providing at least one band supported by a structure; firmly affixing an analytical attachment to the band, and axially aligning the attachment with a sample; and providing a temperature gradient between the band and the sample while maintaining axial alignment of the objective and the sample.

摘要: Accordingly, disclosed are various connectors for connecting a colorimetric sensor array to a sample bottle. These connectors allow the colorimetric sensor array to be attached to a sample bottle after autoclaving, and introduce the headspace gas to the colorimetric sensor array at the appropriate time. Examples of these connectors include (1) a needle based connector that punctures the septum of standard bottle to allow gas flow in a chamber with a colorimetric sensor array, (2) a valve based connector that attaches to a sample bottle and when the valve is opened the headspace gas has a path to diffuse to contact a sensor array, and (3) a connector that includes a breakable seal that when broken puts the headspace gas in contact with the colorimetric sensor array.

People can collect 500 to 1000 sample pieces of whole rock polished sections in 12 hours by adopting the solution of the invention.

The movement device is further configured to move the to-be-tested sample, such that the first center point and the second center point coincide with each other.
