    摘要： The present disclosure provides a silicon nitride ceramic heating and ignition device for a granular fuel barbecue oven, including a combustion chamber and a fixing pipe. An outer wall of the combustion chamber is welded to one end of the fixing pipe, the fixing pipe is communicated with an interior of the combustion chamber, and air inlet holes and air flow holes are defined in the two sides of the fixing pipe. One end of the fixing pipe is fixedly connected with a stainless steel sheet bending support, and the heat dissipation ceramic flange sleeve and one end flange port of the fixing pipe are connected with a boss positioning center. An inner cavity of the heat dissipation flange ceramic sleeve is bonded with the silicon nitride ignition rod.

    摘要： A firepot for a grilling device comprises one or more walls at least partially forming an outer boundary of the firepot. The firepot is structurally configured to hold at least partially ignited solid fuel. The firepot also comprises a floor defining, at least in part, a lower end of the firepot. The floor comprises one or more holes extending through the floor. Additionally, a portion of the one or more walls form a solid fuel delivery opening that comprises a solid fuel portal through which solid fuel is deliverable to an interior of the firepot. A heating element mount is positioned to hold a heating element within the interior of the firepot.

The example pellet grill further includes an ignitor extending into the burn pot through the opening of the sidewall. The example pellet grill further includes an ignitor carrier removably coupled to the ignitor. The ignitor carrier extends away from the burn pot and is accessible from outside the main body.
